Prefect after lipo360 and a bbl! Helps prevent swelling and keep form on the lower back. Highly recommend!

This doesn't stay in place so it ends up sliding up, to the side, or down. I don't recommend it.

I like this product but it keeps sliding down. I have to fix it often which is a struggle sometimes and that's not ideal because I'm still healing and it kind hurts having to keep fixing it. Which is why I give it 3 stars.

I really liked the firmness of it but it would probably work best in a faja vs a waist trainer because it always kept falling out of my trainer no matter how tight I had it and obviously you want your faja to look slim with no bulges. Other than that, it felt good for compression just don’t sleep in it!

A few months ago, I had surgery and really needed this lower back foam. Honestly, it worked 100% for me! I highly recommend it.

Parfait pour mettre dans le vêtement de compression suite a une abdominoplastie. A aidé a ne pas faire de plis et laisser mon ventre bien lisse une fois assise. Je sens mon ventre bien protégé et sera définitivement très utile a mon retour au travail.

Very poor quality. Gently hand washed and foam ripped. Very disappointing.
