I have bought Dr. Scholls my whole life. They do wear out sometimes after a while, but it takes a long while for that to happen sometimes years. I happen to be a DJ and I work this past weekend I had to go up and downstairs and my feet were killing me. I had an old old old pair of Dr. Scholls in my shoes. They were definitely worn to the bone. I put in the new pair absolutely huge difference like heaven. I definitely suggest them if you’re a woman or a man it will definitely keep your feet comfortable great shoes great for sneakers are even good for slippers. And yes my feet were in pain before hand. Got these to go into steel toe shoes, meaning they had their work cut out for them. I've only worked with them for a few days but so far no issues. I would say support wise they're mid range. My feet aren't aching at the end of the day but I'm not feeling a strong arch support with them. They're thin which is good for maintaining a good fit overall in your existing shoes but I worry these won't last with regular work use in the shop.

Even though I ordered the women's size they are very wide even when you cut down according to the circle at the top because the bottom remains large. It was too large on the bottom for my fashion sneaker and I didn't find it comfortable. I was trying to make my favorite sneakers last longer since JCrew doesn't make them anymore and the original insoles wore down, but these did not feel comfy. They seemed like they were made for boots not women's fashion sneakers. They did arrive new in package.

I wear these all day for 10 plus hours, comfort and support is great. No more heel spurs or hurting feet as soon as i take my work boots and shoes off. Must try for anyone on their feet all day.

Se las compré a mi pareja para trabajar porque pasa muchas horas de pie y le dolían bastante los pies, y la verdad es que han sido un acierto. Desde que usa estas plantillas aguanta mucho mejor la jornada y le han reducido muchísimo el dolor. Se nota que están pensadas para gente que está muchas horas de pie. Para nosotros, dinero muy bien invertido. Muy recomendables.
