Good massager, medium to heavy duty
I have wanted one of these since experiencing the commercial "Footsie Wootsies" at the local State Fair. While the commercial foot vibrators really vibrate all the pain away, this home model is pretty darned good. It is well built, solid, fairly heavy. It is just as the Amazon ad describes it. It pretty much alleviates my neuropathy and also foot soreness after my walk. It's super simple to use - I always just put the knob on high. While it's fairly expensive, I think it really is worth it. You can also easily flip it to massage your calves, especially if you put one leg on top of the other to increase the pressure. While it can't really match those big commercial models with a shaking steel plate, I think it is as intense as a home model can get. And if you want a gentle massage, the lower settings will do that, as well. I'm glad I finally bought it.

Both my Elderly Parents love it and use it daily
Please know that no one paid me to write this review. My parents are in their late 80s and my dad's feet were starting to swell with the high humidity and summer coming, any my mom's legs were bothering her as well. I chose the MedMessager because of it's ease of use. My dad doesn't like anything tight or enclosing, so the majority of foot messagers were out. With this MedMessager, he can sit in his recliner, turn it on (we keep it set to lowest level) and just put his feet on it. If he wants he can wear his shoes, slippers, socks, or how both my parents prefer -- bare feet. It's easy to clean with just a quick wipe down.My dad uses this daily, just 10 or 15minues a day, and the swelling and pain in his feet is gone, same for my mom. Will admit, because of it's high cost (but then it's medically certified), I was very worried they weren't going to use it, but because it actually works, and it works with the way they need it to work-- ease of use, non-compression, not encasing, but just vibrations and can put their feet on it, the price was well worth it. Just a warning, when you first open the box there is notice saying not to use before checking with a doctor. Since this is the first time I purchased a messager I've no idea if they all say that. My parents don't have any known medical issues, the swelling seems to come from the humidity and heat, and also my dad's 89 and not as active in walking as he once was. But it's working for him and my mom, and that's all that matters to me.Important note: This machine has no remote control or timer (wish it did), maybe the newer (and even more expensive) models might have. But we use a cooking timer to make sure not to go over the recommended 15mins (recommended twice daily or as needed). It's not quiet, because it uses powerful vibrations, but it's not really that loud, and even if it was -- for 15minutes and with what it does -- well worth that small inconvenience.

WOW...AWESOME !
Got it a week ago....amazing! It is exactly what I needed. Noticed results after just a few uses. The pain on the arch of my left foot has minimized to almost gone. I use it while I'm on my computer and have a timer for regular use. Also the pain on my shin is virtually gone. I'd definitely purchase this again. WOW ! Thank you !!

I love this foot massager! Works great and is cheaper than in the shoe stores
My first contact with this foot massager was at the "Good Feet Store". My husband was purchasing some shoe inserts and they had one of these in the store for the customers to try out. I was delighted with the results after trying it out but knew that they would be very expensive at the store. So, I went to Amazon and looked it up and was very surprised that it was $100 less than the shoe store was asking. They tried to sell me one at the store but I told them that I could get it cheaper on Amazon.I went home and ordered one - got it in a few days and have been using it on a regular basis since then. It not only makes my feet feel better but also my knees and up into my lower back. I've tried other massagers and this one is by far the best.

Received my product in pristine condition. Great service overall.
THIS MASSAGER IS NOT A TOY. ADULT SUPERVISION IS NESSESARY. Before each use, check the power supply cord and be sure that every part is in good condition. All parts must be firmly assembled. Make sure that the speed switch is in the OFF position before plugging in. Check the silver model label affixed to the massager for the correct operating voltage. 110-120V for North America models. 220-240V for Europe, Africa and Australia. Asia and South America - please verify your model. Plug the unit into an electric outlet of the same voltage as your model. Turn the unit to the desired speed and use as suggested below. When finished, turn the switch back to the OFF position and unplug the unit. USING THE FOOT MASSAGER - Place the Foot Massager on a hard, firm surface. Carpeting is recommended, however you can use the Hard Surface Gel Pads on hardwood, concrete or tiled floors. - Turn the massager onto a lower speed. Place your feet (bare foot, with socks or with shoes on) onto the foot pad. You can then adjust the speed to a comfortable setting. - You can use the “Arch Bar” on the top of the foot pad for added stimulation to the toes, arch and heel. - Rocking the massager forward allows you to stimulate the calf area and shins more effectively. - Do not stand on the massager. Irreparable damage will be inflicted upon the internal parts.
Safety Warning
Do not reach for the unit if it has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately. Do not use it while showering or bathing. Do not place or store the unit where it can fall or be pulled into water. Do not drop water or other liquids onto the unit. excessive heating can occur and may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
