As a customer I go through the reviews... I give a genuine review of all the products that I purchase online... Hope this review will help you... After using for 1 week... Useful tips... it's a budget friendly Robo vacuum, for 14000 you can go for it... If your house has a lot of furniture, you may not see it's complete potential... It keeps on rotating and most all the house, if you have furniture near by near you cannot completely enjoy it's work... ...You should remove all the obstacles on the ground before cleaning... ... there should be taken as it vacuums small items may go inside... ... If you hear any abnormal sound other than the regular cleaning sound, better to check the cleaning compartment... ... it works with Alexa, google voice and better one is HAIER APP... ...your furniture should be 4 inches above the ground ....The longer and quality of the product depends upon your maintenance every time you use this Robo vacuum cleaner you have to clean the dustbin, remove all the hair and dust Tangled into the brushes... ....If You Don't clean the dustbin regularly and don't maintain properly then it's efficiency will be damaged... ....You should have a strong Wi-Fi signal to auto charge effeciently... if there is no proper Wi-Fi signal the Robo can't find its Charging Dock... Pros... 1.Very good cleaning... Perfect 2.good battery, you can clean 1100 sft flat once you charge.... The battery effeciency depends upon the section power you adjust in your haier App.. if you select a strong section power for a better cleaning it will consume battery 3. Mopping is also good 4. Auto charge facility is good Cons... 1. No mapping facility. It is an automatic system which keeps on rotating the whole room when it hit Sunny entrance as you can find in kids toys ... If there is any hindrance they take a right turn.... 2. If the power is off in the docking socket.. the Robo comes out and starts cleaning automatically... if we are outside the house if there is no power there will be no Wi-fi and you can't control the Robo until you come home and manually switch off it or until it runs out of battery.... It doesn't have lidar based mapping. But that was not a problem for me. It goes to same places again and again sometimes and I am ok with that. It goes back to the charging station after completing the job. Sometimes it might find difficulty going back. I am not ready to spend above 20k and hence selected this. Battery is adequate for my house and dustbin is also big enough. I liked the concept of seperate wet mopping dustbin. I could connect to Alexa after trying several times but I could never connect to Google assistant. Their server is like that. They have to work on this. I could start and stop using Alexa but I couldn't send it to charging station.

Not good

+ Perfect result: floors are clean. (I dont have any carpets) + High European build quality, good plastic, not "China" quality + Very smart helper, for 12000 - is just a present for every housewife & househusband :) I got it new, clean & perfect. Some people ask for mapping in app, but its strange to wait such option in cheap product... If it will have all expensive options, it will cost 30, or have a bad quality, isnt it?

low noise dry vaccum is awesome, i have a tiled floor and it collects all fine dust and hair, anytime better than maid or self cleaning with broom, goes to all nook and corners doesnt have map facility but didnt find that as an issue at all as long as room doors are closed it will clean the room its edges and let you know with a voice that its over, MOPPING is ok only not sure it gets stuck like as though something is blockingits path but sometimes works well, OVERALL 10/10 BUY

I am giving this review after 6 months of my purchase. The product worked very much good for first 4 months. But haier service is worst. Since 2 months my product is not being repaired properly. I gave my robot for repair also. I didn't receive till now. Beyond the working capabilities of any product, it's service & repair plays an important role in which HAIER FAILED.

the cleaner gets stuck at times ,goes on round nd round around things on the ground.there is also bit of banging problem.it bangs its head to darker things e.g legs of tables,shelves etc.corner cleaning option is most effective but annoying cos the cleaner goes on cleaning the same corners numerous times

It really cleans very well but I’m not satisfied with mopping. Also sometimes it will suddenly stop in between while cleaning. For this price it is worth buying
