Is this Crueltry free/ sold in China?

Unknown. Very popular in Europe. Sold only in French drug stores. No banners to suggest it was cruelty free. May not be popular in China so do not know. This product contains Vaseline and boric acid. Any heavy ointment will help soothe plaque psoriasis, Vaseline included. Does this product have Vaseline it? The ingredient list is confusing

Yes, though it’s different from Vaseline in a couple of ways. Lasts a long time and seems to moisten your lips without the shine that comes from Vaseline. We’ve used it for years and like it for its wearability.
