Q: Does the bluetooth connect to camera underwater?

Says in discretion that it is waterproof and dust proof. But with my last one I could not use under water because Bluetooth wont work under water

It is 6.5 cm long and 3.5 cm wide. Around the wrist it looks and feels like a watch

Q: How do you put the reemote in pairing mode?

It depends on the device you are trying to pair it with. If it's a GoPro, you have to open up the settings menu on your GoPro device (keeping in mind that each model GoPro can be different). Go to the menu on your GoPro that will allow you to switch WiFi connections. From there, you should be able to pair it depending on what your GoPro menu shows. I have a GP Hero 8 and it works perfectly. However, once again, each and every device that you can use this excellent remote with can be different. I wish there was a very simple answer, but there is not. Good luck.
