This is a great cutlery set. Looks very expensive. Pleased I bought these. No problem with delivery or supplier.Update on the above review - I am very disappointed. The chrome plating has started to peel off one of the forks after two weeks of use!! We don't use a dishwasher and there's only my husband and myself. Buyers beware.

I have to say I have ordered many sets in order to find a suitable one. When it comes to cutlery, I look for a specific size and shape, otherwise I don’t enjoy eating with it. In this set, I found everything I was looking for.I like my forks not too wide and these are longer and narrowing towards the end. Spoons, I don’t like them when they are too big, this set again, has a nice size spoons. Good weight - not too heavy, not too light, however that is personal to everyone in how heavy they want their cutlery to be. In general I found the handle design very nice and I’d say they are suitable for both - everyday use and to be served to guests. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Aesthetically this set looks great in my opinion, it doesn’t look a cheap set nor does it feel a cheap set. Ever since I have had my own place I have bought Viners cutlery and I haven’t been disappointed. My last set what I still have has been going strong for 9 years +. I don’t have any doubts about this new set lasting either. The cutlery always comes up gleaming from the dishwasher. I can’t rate the cutlery highly enough.

I would have given this five stars but I didn't because one of the spoons has a tiny, tiny little chip that is barely noticable, but doesn't warrant return. The other reason is, is that it is not exactly what I was looking for, but came close to it and the cost is nice. I bought these as I have slowly decided that I need to be a real adult and start furnishing my place with nicer things, and not basic stuff as I have had the last 9 years from studying University. This cutlery is very shiny, lightweight, feels good in the hand and are a good size. The cost for it being stainless steel and having a long warranty make this a really great buy. Would recommend for anyone that is wanting to fancy up their place without spending a great amount of money.

They're ok - attractive, maybe a few quid overpriced, being just a tad lightweight, but nice enough. Some have commented that they blemmish if not dried immediately after washing. Happily after one dishwash overnight mine were still unblemished in the morning. Will see how long that lasts and will update this review if necessary.On the box it states "25-Year Guarantee of Excellence," whatever that means. I don't think that constitutes any kind of formal guarantee, and even if it did: who would bother?Still, if these last a decade I'll be happy enough.
