More of a nail grinder, but it works!
It's not really a nail 'clipper' but more of a nail grinder. Short answer, it works! Long answer: First off, I'm a guy, and not a guy who ever gets pedicures. If your nails are really long (like a woman's) you'll want to cut them with clippers first, because grinding them down with this will take a while. Once your nails are a normal length, this will trim them down easily. Rather, grind them down. When you cut your nails with a regular nail clipper you wind up with rough little semi-circular cuts all along your nails edges. If you use this instead it grinds them down into a perfect smooth curve with no sharp edges at all. Looks and feels really nice. And it does each nail pretty quickly. There's a small trap door that opens to release the nail clippings. They're nothing like clipper cuttings, more like a fine powder. And this device is 100% safe. I've tried jamming the corners of my fingers directly into the cutting spool and it will not cut you at all. Remember you have to hold the power button in for a few seconds until the green power light comes on, then just put your finger on the round center button to activate it. It’s not an actual physical button, it’s a capacitive touch sensor.

Waste of money
This is the worst product i ever purchased!! It worked for about 30 seconds so i tried to recharge it and NOTHING - zip, zero, nada. I was so hoping we had found a solution so my 33 year old disabled son could take an important step i his indepenent self care. Very very disappointing. Gave it a star cause there was nothing lower.

Awesome nail trimmer for people with dexterity issues
Awesome nail trimmer! Works great, turns on by holding down the button. then it has a safety button to hold while using (easy to hold) I have MS so using regular clippers is a pain, it is so much easier using this. It clips and files at the same time.

I was wrong!
I had recently purchased one of these from a different company. It never showed up. It was a little bit cheaper but not much. However have it never shows up doesn't matter what the price was. I also had purchased one of these long ago. And it gave out before it could finish one hand. So this one I thought might be relegated to the boneyard or maybe returned. Instead of it taking a long time to receive it came extremely timely. It says to charge it for an hour before using. I left it plugged in overnight. They do provide a short charging cable. I believe the one end is a c and the other end is a usb. The next morning, I was able to use it on all of my nails. It worked wonderfully. It has a nice cover for carrying it around if you did that. I don't but that's okay. One trick is you must cover it an electric eye at the top in order for the wheel inside to spin. I guess that's a safety thing. In order to turn it on you hold the button on the side for 2 seconds. Turning it off is the same thing. 2 seconds. It might even go off by itself but I'm not going to take a chance on that. The wheel does not spin so it is not using much battery if you did leave it all. On the one that I got in a few years ago all of the instructions came in chinese. In this case the instruction came in Chinese and English. I'm not saying it was the most proper English but it was at least understandable. The only negative I can give it after the first use and have in it only one day, is that the instruction pamphlet included in it was printed in such a light gray it was hard for my old eyes to see it. Usually I take a picture of instructions and just enlarge them but I didn't have to with this. Even though it was such a light gray print I still could barely make it out. Other than that there are no negatives I've seen so far. Just remember, 2 seconds in order to turn it on with the side switch. And then cover the top electric eye and put your fingernail from the other hand in the slot provided. A light Will Go on to help guide you if it is dark. Apparently you need to avoid covering up the edges of the slot. But that's really not a big deal. I do have extremely thick nails and it worked for me. Please note this review was made only after one use and having it just less than 24 hours. If my opinion changes, because of some future event.. I will give it a new rating. The only reason it gets a four out of five stars is that I deducted one star for it having a very short charging cable. I would imagine the normal "C" cable for charging an iPhone 15 or a Galaxy phone would work. I might avoid a fast charging one but that is just a guess. I look forward to seeing other reviews on this.

Not usable for toenails
It trims nails quite well, but has a safety feature that uses two sensors to stop the unit if something is sensed on both sides of the cutter. I don't know what these protect against, but they prevent using the trimmer on toenails, which is the main thing I bought it for.

Amazing!!!
So easy to use!! Doesn’t leave sharp edges and you don’t need to worry about it cutting your skin. It’s great because all the pieces go into the little holder so you can do it anywhere and it’s less free!! 2 speed settings! ***note, it took us a bit to realize you need to hold the on bottom down quite a few seconds for it to turn on. Good so it doesn’t just turn on if it’s in a bag or anything, but for that 1st time you use it you’ll like this tip!!

What a find!
I did not know something like this existed. I am very glad I saw a video on them. My son is disabled and not very good at keeping his nails trimmed, so it is up to me. His fingernails grow super fast so having this little tool for him to use on his own fingers without the possibility of hurting himself is very helpful in between time is that I have to sit and give him a manicure. Plus it adds to that little bit of independence that he likes to achieve. It works great, it is rechargeable, and easy to clean. I will buy more f these as little gifts for the stocking!

Didn’t work even once.
I couldn’t get this thing to work even once. After charging it several times I kept pushing the little button and sometimes the light will come on back the cutting wheel will occasionally try to turn for a split second. No way can I get it to turn enough to see if it will trim a nail. Total disappointment.

A must-have for new parents!
As a new parent, I need to keep my nails short at all times to avoid scratching my baby’s skin. Traditional clippers sometimes cause discomfort or pressure on the nails, but this electric nail clipper does a great job. Even when nails aren’t very long, it trims smoothly with no pain or after-effects. Safe, easy to use, and very practical for busy parents.

Perfecto
Lo compré para mi nieta que no le gusta que le corte las uñas, casi ni se siente el corte y no deja las uñas afiladas, parecen hasta limadas. solo que hay que darle varias pasadas a la uña para que corte bien
