Makes my life easier!
This product does what I expected it to do. Turns the cloths that are unwearable, into wearable ones. It’s not great for suits and some men’s bottom down shirts. Basically everything that is a pain to iron with a traditional iron, it would be hard to flatten out with this too, BUT for fabrics that shouldn’t be in direct contact with a metallic iron, because they will get an undesirable shine, or they might burn, this product will do great. Perfect for women’s clothing, t-shirts, delicate fabrics like silk and polyester, thin cotton, fancy dresses, kids clothing and more. It heats up fast and it won’t burn you with dripping hot water. I’m so glad to have it.

I was so disappointed because I loved the idea of the pull down ...
If I could give 0 stars I would. Massive design flaw with this model. You only get full steam if the hose is stretch upright. The hose is plastic and therefore crimps as you move it around causing the steam pressure and amount to decrease. I was so disappointed because I loved the idea of the pull down press support, but what good is a press support if you can’t get to the bottom of your garment.

Buyers Beware!!!
I don't write many reviews, so here goes nothing.I purchased the Rowenta IS6300 in January 2015. It showed up at my doorstep in under 2 days. Yay for Prime. I wasted no time in assembling my new steamer, and had it powered up within minutes. I was amazed at how fast it heated up, and was dewrinkling everything I could find, curtains, clothes, wife, and dog... no I didn't dewrinkle the dog. This new found toy was AWESOME!!! Life was good, and the wrinkled world would now be saved by me and my new found powers. But alas, it was too good to be true. By the 12th month, after following a cleaning schedule, and even using distilled water, nothing could save my IS6300 from the hands of bad design, cheap plastic parts, and faulty seals. I was/am DEVASTATED. So now I must do what I can to save the rest of Amazonkind from purchasing a bad product. So please, take the time to look at the photos of my dearly departed steamer, and come to your own conclusion. But please, don't shed a tear for me and/or my wrinkled family and dog. I'm going to throw my money at a Jiffy and hope for the best.

We took good care of it all along and it was used ...
We had this steamer for 14 months and it stopped producing steam. We took good care of it all along and it was used once a week. We called Rowenta customer service and they said the warranty is only for a year. We paid a higher price assuming we were getting a higher quality product but it turned out to be a bad product priced higher that other competitors. Highly recommend not to purchase this product.

Best Steamer
I use my steamer almost every day. Far more convenient and easy to use than an iron. Heats up fast, and works great. Love the pull down screen to help steam items flat. I had another Rowenta steamer that this replaced after several years of daily use. Make sure you clean it regularly, especially if you have hard water, in order to avoid scale build up, and ensure long life.

My brand-new expensive Rowenta master valet Roland press sure does look used
I have been busy working out of town and reset my got around to opening up my Rowenta master valet box there was a hole in the box and the box look like it possibly has been smashed with the wrinkles that are in the corkboard. The valet was out of the plastic bag with the bag at the bottom of the box the packages look to used there were surface scratches on the silver part of the unit. It appears to have been assembled a prior and disassembled for packaging and delivery to me. The unit does not look new. I am disappointed.

this did not get the job done at all. ...
this did not get the job done at all. After spending 30 minutes on 1 shirt (cotton), the job was still not done. We returned it!

If you have a large amout of dress cloths...good idea. If you only need once in a while, get a hand heldo9.
The PLUS: The tank of water does last a good amount of time, not 90 minutes, but good. It does steam well, and eliminates the burden of ironing. The negatives; I expected a much sturdier product. I'm always worried it's going to fall over. The biggest issues though: The water hose gets really hot, and the steam handle gets even hotter. I purchased the steaming mittens, (I highly recommend buying these). Also, one of the attachment pieces doesn't stay on the handle either.I'm still in the decision phase as to whether I want to keep. It's clumsy to use. My husband isn't a fan of returning things.

Awesome but taller would have been better!
Love this! Four stars instead of five for two reasons: 1) it's too short to do pants - the mesh does not extend far enough and the pole does not go high enough, so you have to do it by pulling the pants out in the air. 2) there is no crease tool. Creasing is hard. Otherwise a necessity for folks wearing professional-style clothing!

Real disappointment
Was really disappointed. After receiving it, I tried it several time but my clothes were still wrinkle and took me more time to work it out with the steamer then with a good old iron. I returned it after several attempts that all failed. For the price, I was expecting a tool that will save me time and will help me in getting clothes ready instead of being a pain and just slowing things down for me

I bought this instead of another brand that I thought might work better because this I could purchase in Canada
I have only used it one time. I bought this instead of another brand that I thought might work better because this I could purchase in Canada. So far, it was ok. I tried steaming a shirt and I thought it could have done a better job but I might just need some practice. Definitely purchase a glove for heat prevention for the hand that is handling the piece of clothing.

Good design and cuts down on ironing time drastically
Good design and cuts down on ironing time drastically. It would be slightly better if the back side of the shade were smooth, thus allowing the back of a gament to be steamed without rotating it. The clips for the pants aren't the easiest to access and they don't always hold the weight of a pair of pants.
