Show off your records in style! [O/]
This turntable caught my eye when I was researching vertical turntables through google images. Mostly for the simple aesthetic and appealing design, I was looking for something that could show off some of the cool unique vinyl I own in my living room. When I found out that this could be wall-mounted too I was instantly sold! I had envisioned the white turntable floating on my white wall with the record really standing out. (also helped that it was on sale for $299.99!)The record player is quite easy to setup, whether you are using the included stand or the wall-mount (comes with included hardware)It is simple to use as well with only one button on the side to start/stop the movement. I hid the cables with the Legrand - Wiremold CMK50 Cord Mate II Kit- Raceways Cord Management Kit to Hide Cables, Cords, or Wires- 4 Channels, White and built a wood-stand that integrates the cable hide as a now playing shelf (painted black) for a clean look.My amplifier has a phono input, but if yours doesn't you could easily get a phone preamp. I personally found the more expensive model with the built in preamp and bluetooth to not be worth it. (Bluetooth with a record player kinda defeats the purpose!)Pros:- Simple elegant design- Easy to use- Tracking force seems to be low so will not ruin records- Comes with all necessary hardware- Sounds good with a proper amplifier (with phono input or a decent phono preamp)- Records don't collect much dust since they sit on it vertically- Comes with an included Ortofon Cartridge/StylusCons:- The center mounting puck adds an extra step but that is a trade-off for the vertical design. Also easy to drop while handing records.- The included band seems like it is easy to knock off the platter, but once it is on I haven't had any issues.- Would be nice if it had a built in light to show the tracks on the record, but not really a fault or con.- The actual colored board seems to be particle board but for this price I can't really fault the product.TL:DR - This thing is amazing! Everyone that walks into my living room asks about it or wants to buy one! Zero regrets :)Update: just under a year and the needle broke, probably due to my friends not knowing how to use it properly. Anyway updated the 5e to the 10 and the difference is very noticeable, sounds amazing now!

Neat player, but unsure it's worth the money.
Unit is fairly nice, but as plenty of folks have addressed, the belt comes off really easily. The purpose is to allow for you to assist which small pulley is used on the drive (33 vs 45). However a very easy fix would be to put a lip on the platter. Also, you WILL need a pre-amp for the unit. Is bought a small set of amplified speakers thinking it would be adequate but it wasn't, so be sure to get yourself one or you'll be struggling to hear it even with what should be a loud volume.

looks cool but build quality and materials are cheap
I was excite to wall mount a turntable in my relatively small living room to optimize space. This probably would have worked in my setup and I had a bunch of accessories purchased to make it happen. I ultimately decided not to go forward with a permanent fixture mount for this because the build quality really is lacking. I understand this was likely done as a tradeoff to make it as easy and safe as possible to wall mount a turn table, but for me the materials could have been MUCH better for the price I paid $499The base is made of a very light weight, low density MDF. There are plastic housings covering the electric motor and a PCB connecting the stylus to the phono and ground out cables. The housings themselves feel like some of the cheapest plastic I have ever touched.Again, I know this was likely done to save as much weight as possible, but for the price this costs, I need a more premium feeling product.Additionally, my wife and I both thought the laminated white finish had a cheap appearance as well - definitely not something that looks premium or high-end.I returned it and have given up on the idea of wall mounting a turntable.

It looks awesome mounted on the wall!!!
It looks and works great in the man cave! It will look better once it has a different color background, which I’m working on. The turntable itself has been a lot of fun, and it sounds great for the price. The fun I’ve had with it is priceless, as well as the comments I’ve gotten from friends has made it worth every penny. It definitely has the wow factor!I highly recommend it and would buy it again. The only complaint I have is with the needle cover, which is kind of flimsy and has developed a hairline crack on it, but it still works. I just wish it was made with a thicker plastic.

No
not as advertised, it was a completely different turntable that didn't even price match and COMPLETELY broken.I was offered to keep the product at some ridiculously low discount which was insulting but I couldn't even do that due to the fact that it was unusable. If I kept it, it would've been the most expensive coffee coaster anyone has ever owned.

the drive belt can get easily knocked of
Quite a few years back we had to rearrange our home entertainment center to accommodate our big screen TV. The turntable would not fit and our extensive LP collection basically sat unused. Then my husband saw an article in the Chicago Tribune on how vinyl was becoming popular again and it had a number of new turntables featured. This was one of them.We ordered it to see how it would work out to play an occasional LP. It worked perfectly. We keep it stored to the side of the center on top of the subwoofer when we are not using it.It came expertly packed, instructions to assemble were in English and German. The turntable is pre-adjusted at the factory and we were playing records immediately after connecting it up.Be aware that this model will need a "phono" input, which we had on our Panasonic AV receiver. If you don't have a "phono" input, there is another model of this turntable that you would need. The only criticisms we have is we need to be careful when moving it, the drive belt can get easily knocked of. It could use a groove at the turntable to keep it from being accidently knocked off.
