Nuun is the best sports drink you'll find
If you haven't tried nuun: I highly recommed giving it a go. Nuun is convenient, yummy (I have liked almost every flavor), only has one gram of sugar per tablet + stevia, and has more electrolytes than something like gatorade (which has too much sugar and not enough electrolytes to be a good energy drink for someone who really needs it). Nuun is also cost-effective considering what you pay for a tablet, as opposed to buying a bottle of a mainstream sports drink. I have a autoimmune disease where I need to consume a ton of salt everyday. Unless I'm eating fast food twice a day, reaching my recommended sodium intake is almost impossible. Nuun helps a lot! And I normally don't like grape flavored things, but I love the grape nuun!

Absorbs quick for muscle cramp relief
We have tried many electrolytes. NUUN has been the most effective for avoiding as well as fast relief with muscles cramps. Dissolves fast, tastes good, no after taste. Hard to find in stores. We will definitely buy it again.

Tastes Great & Prevents Muscle Cramps
Been using Nunn tablets exclusively since I started doing more mountaineering trips last year. It works great to prevent muscle cramps and enhance your performance on the trails. Speaking of muscle cramps, my dad chewed one nunn tablet (don't recommend unless necessary) as soon as he felt muscle cramps on his right leg, and the cramps went away in a matter of 20-25 seconds. That's how crazy effective nunn tablet is :)

Nuun sport electrolyte tablets
Great product for traveling. I add these tablets 1 tablet) in a bottle of water. I travel to Cambodia each year, the Nuun Tablets are with me at all times. When I feel as though I am getting dehydrated, I add 1 tablet to my 16 oz bottle of water. I sip on the water during the day or sometimes drink the entire bottle of water early in the morning. Great tasting tablets. I have enjoyed the grape, watermelon, and berry flavors. This is such a great product! I use this product weekly while at home, just to keep my energy up and continue to rehydrate. You will love the Nuun Electrolyte Drink Tablets.
