Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I want to return this and get my money back I bought this in Hope's to have a easy first time tattooing with my own tattoo equipment. I invested in the machines, sterilization equipment, every single thing else, but no tattoo artist doesnt begin their career without their own thermal printer for stencils. This is something you must have. I took my time to shop around looking and I found my self here buying a dragon hawk brand thermal printer. It shipped quickly I opened the box I was excited everything looked great the machine looked new I plugged it in the lights came on. So I figured its ready to go for when I have someone to tattoo. I go to use it for a client last night I pull it out of the plastic I kept it in since I bought it and tried to use it. I spent a hour looking like a complete idiot in front of the person who I was about to tattoo. I thought I was doing something wrong but no after trying everything I stopped and really looked at the machine, the part where the first printer paper is supposed to go in has two gears on one side, but on the other there is no gear to turn the other side. So it's missing this piece, I spent 140 bucks this, looked like a idiot and was forced to free hand draw and not give my client the exact design they wanted printed out and couldn't depend on the machine. The tattoo came out fine but it would have been so much better if this printer worked like it should of. Completely broken hearted about this.Update: Company was good with return and refunding money.

I bought this one because a friend of mine has one and despite the fact that the smaller stencil machines tend to be far less reliable than the larger more expensive ones, he insisted that this one was better than the others for some reason. I’ve been using this for 2 or 3 months now and it just now decided to start making a popping noise like the gears aren’t lined up and now it won’t feed the stencil paper through. Up until till that point though, it had made great stencils every time. Never too dark, never to light, never creasing it or anything. Made one stencil perfectly fine, went to make another and boom, starts making gear popping noises. UPDATE: Took it apart and put it back together and now it’s fine. I hope it continues to, but I think I won’t be making this my primary machine anymore. Maybe just for conventions because it’s small and lightweight.

New to tattooing and thought this would be a good investment. I have used it a handful of times so far and haven't had any issues with it. I would say it is simple to operate and would recommend to anyone else interested.

Works good when you can get it to turn on it seems like it turns on when it wants and other times it won’t turn on at all like it’s not got power at all. Very dissapointed in this guy.

I’ve had this for 2 months and probably done maybe 30 stencils on it and it has already broke. One of the gear mounts for the plastic gears has broken and it won’t feed the stencil paper through anyone. Probably better to just fork out the extra cash for a good one. Lesson learned.

Its done nothing but chewed my paper up when copying nearly 25 pieces its nightmare i wouldnt buy this its total nightmare
