Both my kids and i use these for training. As pitchers and catchers these things are great for training and performing drills to strengthen our arms and refine technique. The various weights allow you to start light and get progressivly heavier. Throw against a net, wall or into a glove they just continue to last. Ours get used several times a week and haven't really shown any signs of wear.

These are a good set of weighted balls, they feel good. I wanted these as an aid to help coach cricket so the varied weights will help with the variety of ages we coach. Would recommend
