Very soft. Am knitting a blanket incorporating various wool

Bought to knit a blanket, and very pleased with the colours, which are mother-of-pearl shades. It's often difficult to pick the right colours online but this is a good result! I'd previously had other colourways in this yarn, and it's nice stuff to knit with - even doing plain garter stitch generates a pretty result.

Liked the colour distribution.The yarn thickness varied throughout the project. This did spoil the look of finished item.Also the yarn shed fluff while knitting. Wouldn't buy it again

So disappointed in this yarn.The yarn has no consistency. It starts off stringy then you get the DK part then you get the fluffy build up parts which you can’t do much about as I made the error of trying to remove some of the fluff and the yarn fell apart.Also it has numerous knots throughout. Luckily managed to hide some of them in the crochet blanket I was attempting but it’s a real bug bear for me. Can’t even say I had a faulty yarn ball as bought more than one.The only plus with this yarn, and yes there is just one, it’s the colour combinations. They are really lovely and blend well when using. This doesn’t however make up for the yarn quality overall.Am persevering with my project as hate to waste money spent but can honestly say I wouldn’t purchase this yarn again.
