I've been using this for about a year now and it still works great at providing enough room lighting. I'm very glad I made this purchase when I did. I had a little trouble putting mine together, but this isn't exactly unusual for me as I lean on the shorter side and sometimes require help with anything that's going to be taller than I am. The lights turn on and off with a very light touch (so light, in fact, that you can accidentally turn it off if you bump into the buttons or brush against them with your hand. This isn't a problem since I keep mine in the corner and I honestly like simply "touching" the button rather than having to press something on the back. It is also super easy to dim the brightness using this as well, and what's nice about this "light touch press" is that you can literally turn it on without any effort at all by simply taking hold of the pole and moving your finger down until you find the button. Whoever thought of that was a genius because I hate fiddling with electronics or trying to find buttons. I could definitely see myself buying an additional light for other rooms in my apartment, but the one I have is all I really need.PROs: LOVE the light-press buttons, provides great room lighting that is easily adjustable to your particular needs, doesn't take up a lot of space and can light the room from a corner.CONs: If you're short like me you might have to call someone to help you with setting it up.

Needed a light for my main room that was brighter than the built in lighting I had. This was beyond perfect. I would say that this is probably too bright for most rooms or uses at maximum output, but having a variety of settings really helps this be perfect. Night mode for a less harsh and dimmer output is great for a one click change. Having a bendable fixture is fantastic for getting the best possible coverage. All around a very solid lamp.

I was thrilled with the packaging. It was not only easy to put together-it was fun! The lamp is very bright and offers a couple of tones. I didn't and don't bother with the remote at all. Very good looking lamp at a great price. If I needed another one I wouldn't hesitate to order it again.

I have 3(!) of these since I live in an old apartment building and there's mostly rooms without ceiling fixtures.It's fairly simple to put together and sturdy enough on an even surface. I love the settings for both color and dimness and the convenience of the remote control. So far it's been 9 months and all are still working fine!

I don’t know where this lamp was when I wasted money on lamps at Walmart. After having this lamp for couple days I can say I love it, the brightness is on point. I think there are three levels of brightness and you can dim it to for a different kind of atmosphere. The remote sticks to the lamp so no worries about loosing it. Love it

I was looking for a lamp with an adjustable light. This one fit the bill. The brightness didn’t disappoint (highest level) and the ‘warm night light’ was a bonus for me. Thinking about getting another one for ‘the price is right’!

Great light and is perfect for our living room. Love how much light this gives off, but can be dimmed down to be the perfect night light. We love this light so much we will purchase another one for the other side of the room!
