MISSION Cooling Stretchy Visor - Unisex Visor Hat for Men and Women, No Slip Band, UPF 50 Sun Protection Visor

I was looking for a hat that would be good for sailing as most hats tend to want to blow off my head, this requires me to both cinch the headband and add a chin strap. Hooray for the MISSION visor! It works well in windy conditions as the 3" wide stretchy band clings to my head without being tight. No chin strap needed. The one-size-fits-all visor is a size medium which is too loose for my small head. I adjusted the band length with a safety pin, wore it outside a few times, and it worked just fine. So, I sewed the band to those dimensions to make a permanent fix. Also, I like the way the MISSION visor band is 3" wide and covers up my hair better than other hats and visors. My hair is not sticking out and my head looks a lot neater now. I'll wear the visor a few more times and if it becomes my new fav, I'll buy another one.

I get migraines. I work in a factory and can't go home every time I get one. This visor helps considerably to block the harsh overhead lighting and it's lightweight & stretchy enough to not squeeze my head which makes the migraine worse. Definitely worth adding to the arsenal.

I’ve tried many Pfizer hats and couldn’t stand to wear any of them. I thought I’d give this one a try because it’s got SPF 50 sun protection, you wet it, wave it, and it keeps your head cool for up to two hours. It doesn’t cause pressure on my head that brings on a migraine. The reason I gave it 4 stars, is because it came with a stain on it. The product itself though, is 5 star.

Great visor

This has turned out to be such a great purchase! I have a big head, at least men's XL, and this visor is very stretchy and comfortable. I usually hate wearing hats, but I barely even feel the visor, so I'm really glad to have it in my sun protection arsenal. It really is cooling/sweat absorbing. Best of all, it is so compact that it disappears into my purse until I need it, and then I have it right there!

Great to stop face sweat from dripping into my eyes and cooling. It was loose and light though, so I had to hold onto it while on golf cart bc it kept blowing away. Also not the most attractive visor, but it did what I wanted it to.

Very nice visor! Good quality, soft and stretchy material. It holds shape well even after many washes in my machine. ( I always put it in a separate delicates bag). The color does not fade. It offers great coverage over your forehead and head, without causing any headaches or tightness, yet it does not blow off easily in the wind. I recently purchased another one in white, and purchased a few more for friends as gifts. I will buy again and again, and hopefully there will be a few more color choices in the future!

I'm a gardener/landscape-maintainer. it's hot, sunny, dirty, wonderful work. Sunglasses fall off and don't stop the sweat from rolling down my face. A baseball cap was too hot. I've always thought visors were really dorky but now I see the point. I had seen Mission sun hats advertised somewhere and thought "hey that's what I need except how do I deal with my mop of curly hair that needs to be in a ponytail up off my neck? Oh. visors. THAT'S what they're for." I was super psyched to see that a visor version exists, and it does not look stupid on me (it actually looks cute). I'm giving it a five because it does what it says - it keeps my head cool and shades my eyes and doesn't look ridiculous (because yes, my ego comes to the garden with me - I actually LOVE the way I look in dirty carharrts and a tank top and didn't need a visor ruining that for me lol). I have one minor complaint about this visor - I wish they had sizes because it's almost too loose on me. It did stay put once I got it into a particular position and I am glad to know it does, but I might have to size it down a tiny bit for myself.

Love it, visor is thin and it is long. Neat looking hat. Have yet to test the cooling feature

Haven’t used the cooling feature but really like the look, feel and fit.
