Timeless Frames 16x20 Inch Fits 11x14 Inch Photo Lauren Portrait Wall Frame, Gold

I LOVE these frames. I currently have 5 in my office. I think the standard wood frames look dull, so I decided to look for something a little more interesting. These frames fit the bill perfectly. The gold looks classy NOT cheap. The double matting is a true double mat -- not just a sheet of white paper with gold trim. The matting is trick and the gold inlay is dropped down from the white mat.One warning - the actual center part is NOT a true 11x14 inch (some is true for the other sizes). The center opening is a little bit smaller (about a quarter inch). This didn't bother me with my bigger certificates. However, it cut a portion off one of my smaller ones. I would suggest you measure the part that you want visible. If it is exactly 11x14, the edges will be covered.

Super cheap quality. The hardware is included but you have to install it yourself which is super annoying- why make me do that?? the nails included are too long and punched through the frame. Also, even though I put a towel under the frame while installing the hardware the slight force from the tiny hammer caused a huge chunk of gold to come off the front. I wasn't expecting a super heavy duty frame but come on. Total garbage.

This frame is really nice looking, it looks a lot more expensive than it was. The only thing that would've made life easier is if it came with the hanging brackets already installed. I understand people may choose to display it either horizontally or vertically, but often I buy a frame and it has two brackets installed so you can do it either way. Maybe they choose not to do this to keep costs down? Not sure. But definitely not a deal breaker.I'm using it for a 16 by 20 picture and it still looks very nice without any matting around it. I think the matting to frame ratio for a smaller photo may be a little too much but that's a matter of personal opinion too.But surely a quality item, if you want a nice gold tone frame for a good price, don't hesitate to buy.

It's a beautiful frame but the back is poorly made. The cardboard that holds the picture in is very thin and the metal pegs that you fold down over the cardboard are very poor quality and two of mine fell out the first time I bent them to put my picture in. The mounting hardware is included but not attached and if anyone has ever tried to attach hardware, it can be a pain sometimes. I would have paid extra to have it already attached. I'm sure it says somewhere in the description that is was not attached, I just need to read more closely next time.

Love it, what is was actually very pleased with is the fact that it is a nice, muted, matte gold color. Based on the picture I was expecting a shinier gold, but it is more of a matte gold which is what I wanted anyways, if you are looking for a very shiny gold though this may not be for you. Quality is good, nice weight to it, made in the USA and looks like it costs more than what I spent on it. It will definitely do justice to the aged Bonnie & Clyde picture I am framing in it. My only minor complaint is that I wish they would have attached the hanging bracket instead of sending it for me to do, but not a huge deal. Also, based on a another reviewer they must have improved their shipping methods since what I received was very well packaged with three layers of heavy duty bubble wrap.

I have purchased this very same frame at least four times. This frame is not the same one the quality is extremely poor. My earlier purchases had a very hard backing with great hanging options. This one has a cardboard backing which is about the grade of a shirt cardboard I am so disgusted. The unfortunate thing is they don’t tell you that the quality is Downgraded.I am enclosing a picture because it is beyond belief that they are using thin cardboard for backing. The second photo is one of the original purchases as you can see it has nice hangers on it. You really can’t see that it’s very thick backing not cardboardReally disgusted this is my go to frame I went to put the frame back together and a little metal tab slice my fingers two of them blood everywhere as you can see by my third photo omg

Better than expected. Arrived in great condition. Looks fantastic! Sized well. The matting this product comes with fit another 16x20 perfectly, and a new matting fit this frame perfectly. The price was better than frames I saw at Hobby Lobby and Michaels for half off, and this frame is made in the USA! I'll probably buy this again if I need it.

I'm EXTREMELY pleased and impressed with Timeless Frames!!! It was exactly like I'd hoped it would be. The frame itself is built strong and has a strong dual mat. The back is a cardboard with metal flaps to secure the frame. I purchased 2 and was blown away by quality and price. I plan on purchasing 4 more!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
