Kleenex Cool Touch Facial Tissues (27 tissue boxes, 50 Cool Touch tissues per box) (Designs may vary)

I can't say enough good things about these Kleenex. They are absolutely wonderful. Perhaps my favorite product I've ever found? I suffer from really bad allergies and go through a box of Kleenex a day on the worst days. All other Kleenex and facial tissues left my nose terribly sore and red. I tried the different lotion Kleenexes but I didn't like the residue they left on my nose (I think I was maybe even allergic to it?) and they still left my nose sore and red after using several. Then I found these. The most amazing Kleenex off all time. They feel somewhat cool to the touch which is really soothing and no matter how many I have to use, my nose NEVER gets sore or red. Like, ever. Even through several severe colds, flus, and horrible allergy seasons. They also don't leave any residue on my face like lotion ones do. I love these so much I have boxes all over my house, in my car, at work, and I often gift them to people who have colds and they love them just as much. I consider myself fairly "crunchy" in terms of my health/toxin concerns and love that these are made with aloe and coconut oil (although honestly, even if they were full of chemicals, I'd probably still use them because they're just that darn good). Also, the new box designs are beautiful. I had bought cute little  Umbra Casa Tissue Box Cover, White  for them so they didn't look so out of place in my modern/Scandinavian inspired home but honestly the new patterns are so pretty I'm happy to leave them as is. Please, please, please buy these so they never discontinue them. I'll continue to purchase these in 27 box cases for as long as I am able to. I only wish they also made them in travel packs too. Unlike other reviewers, I have found these to be the same quality as the ones I buy in individual packs at local retailers. Perhaps since those reviews were written, they've changed them to the good quality ones. :)

The tissue itself is great, actually cool and smooth. I've used them for years. But now I understand why they were the cheapest. 14 of the 27 boxes were damaged. This was not the shippers fault; they were packed in the manufacturer's box inside of the Amazon box. I would rather have paid an extra 13 cents/box at Target than have damaged boxes. One is so bad it is falling apart. Live and learn.5/21/17 update: Changed rating from 2* to 1*. When I wrote the earlier review it was all about the damaged boxes; I had not tried the tissue. I also had not read prior reviews because, as I said, I've used them for years. However, after reading the reviews (not sure why I read them later), I pulled out one of the tissues and found they are thin and not soft like the ones I am used to. In fact, I'm still using a box I bought at Target and although the Target ones are also 2-ply, they are softer. Also, I have a box of Ultra Soft tissues that are softer. Wow! Screwed twice: defective boxes and tissues.

I ordered a few of these and now they are a staple in our office, everyone loves them! The design of the box is great for you desk, they are soft to the touch and must have aloe or lotion, but the best part is that they are actually cool temperature wise. Even on a hot LA day this tissue is a relief to my sore nose or eyes. Highly, highly recommended.

Even though expensive, these are the highest quality tissues on the market. They're 3-ply, therefore sturdy, yet soft and have a wonderful cool feeling against your skin. I decided to spend the extra $ and get something that's actually satisfying and a pleasure to use. When you blow your nose, you don't need to use two tissues like with the other popular brands. Well worth the extra price. I recommend them highly.

Basically all other tissues cause my eczema to flare up. I used to get these at chain pharmacies but now I have to buy them a case at a time.I'm just glad I can find them somewhere.

received this today...the Kleenex are good to use...large and cool to the touch. I gave it 4 stars because I ordered 2 boxes and both boxes are open from the seems on box sides of the Kleenex box...this is unacceptable. I had to tape it shut.

Long review short- The ones I received were not quality controlled and don't have the amount of cool touch you would find if you bought them in the 36 count Amazon offers or in a grocery store.If you are ordering this in bulk you are probably already a fan of this product. I AM TOO!!! so hear me out on why I gave this one star. I normally order it in the 36 ct ( 12 boxes of 3 wrapped together ). My allergies affect me every day so I go through my supply pretty quick and I need the cool touch to protect my nose from constant wiping.I purchased the 27 ct this time because the price was cheaper per tissue than the 36ct supply and I was running low on storage space.When I opened the cardboard box they came in, I saw the packaging was different. Not like the picture displayed in the corner. I pulled off the tab and when I grabbed a tissue out I could feel there was a difference. It wasn't as soft as it usually was.When you hold the tissue under a pointed light source you can see all the cooling crystals sparkle like Edward Cullen in sunlight.( yes, I went there) The new ones I opened had hardly any to no crystals. As you can see from my pictures. I immediately thought "I've been ripped off by the seller posing generic for name brand". I wasn't though.The seller of the 27 box and 36 box were both Kleenex brand offered by Amazon. It's printed on both boxes next to the UPC label "Manufactured in the USA".However the new one has additional french translation and lists the Kimberly-Clark Canadian offices. I'm really disappointed. I continue to buy these premium tissues because there is no other product out there like it.This is what you get for trying to save a few dollars.

Mom loves these tissues. They are do soft and absorbent.
