Great for rehab
I am undergoing rehab and my physio suggested a similar product, stay away from the under £50 if you can as they are not the best ,this one is easy and sturdy the resistance knob work just fine and those the job, is not for those who want loose weight fast ( go to spinning classes )is the right tool for rehabilitation and for the senior ,came with a non slip pad but it was not needed, it has metal reinforcement brackets under the base and the weight is in the pedals, it came with instructions in English and the tools The only set back it took one extra day to get it , but is not like you need it asap

Puedes hacer ejercicio sin salir de casa
Me ha gustado que se puede hacer ejercicio en cualquier parte de la casa y guardarlo ocupa poco espacio. No me gusta que se mueve hay que poner un tope para que no se mueva
