I'm really impressed with these switches, they look incredible. Setup was really easy & integrate easily with my Google home setup. They work straight away with voice commands. If you don't have deep back boxes you can purchase spacers with them, which adds 10 mm depth from the wall. I would recommend these switches to anyone who wants a modern smart home.

Works well. App allows remote function from anywhere once the switch is connected to wifi.

Great idea if it worked. Saved buying multiple bulbs for a lounge chandler. I have installed 3 in total. Only 1 has continued to work without issue. 3rd one I returned as 1 of the gangs didn't work and had to order another where i found the inners were different (so I guessed a upgrade to a older inferior unit) unfortunately after 4 weeks one the unit freezes with the only way to reset it is to remove the power, easier for me to turn off the downstairs lighting power at the fuse box, after this the switch may work for 3 days or only 2. Out of 3 un use #1. Seems ok fingers crossed #2. Controls me and decides if to turn light on based on it's mood, rather than my requests. (Like being married) #3. One of the 2 gangs would not work, a older looking unit and I suspect by the packaging a previously returned unit sent back out ! #4. Completely dies and needs power removing to reset constantly.

Arrived on time. Installed easy enough and all was working during initial testing. You need to get the free Tuya Smart App and create an account to connect this device to an Alexa device. When you know this, connecting is easy(ish). Once I fully fitted the new unit into the existing light switch back box , it all tested ok. With the unit now powered and ready to go, only a few hours later…the on/off touch switch is not working. However, remote control is functioning. This is not a good experience and the issue has been mentioned in other’s previous reviews. Unless I can resolve by simply trying loosening off the wall plate screws, I can see me having to return this device as a faulty unit. Update to follow: To be continued… A short while later that same evening, I removed the glass front face, it clips on/off, which exposes the actual touch pad and that is operating correctly. I loosened the two screws which I presume are causing some physical deformation in the body, suspect it is making it slightly concave. Clipped the glass front plate to unit and the touch on/off is now functional again. If fixing screws are too tight, it must be causing non-contact of back plate with with the front plate disabling the touch on/off. Problem solved, unit is good and serviceable. June2026 update: Device is Offline - further investigation required.

What I liked after following the wiring diagram. It comes within the packaging explaining how easy it is to following the instructions. And listening to my brother a qualified electrician. If you're not sure go to YouTube place in the name in search engine " smart light switch installation" and you will get videos of how to install it . If you can't or won't do the installation your self. Get an electrician to wire in the device's for you. The only fiddle part is putting in the capacitor. If you are going to do it yourself please MAKE SURE THAT THE POWER IS OFF AND THE FUSE BOX IS LOCKED " or you know that your the only one in the building. As soon as it powers on Alexa straight away recognize it and added it to the list and Google home recognized the installation and acknowledged it. That was me happy as Larry know I say " Alexa front room light on, Alexa front room light off" or go too Google home look for the icon and watch as I turn the lights on and off with out moving " Google also has voice activation" . Know too do the rest of the house. Will write a report about that when I have completed it. Will be back in 12 or 24 month's too write my final report.

Looks good but responsiveness of the switches decreased over time, to the point I can now only control it via the app or voice commands. Messaged the seller who in fairness was quick to respond. Powering off and on the lighting circuit to reset the switch has resolved the problem for now. It worries me that this was needed, will see how things go and update the review if it happens again.

Fantastic product once you know how... I have installed these in every room in my house so have become custom to how to get them working correctly. A few points for anyone purchasing them - When installing make sure you get some spacers for the back of the switch unless your back box is 45mm+ they are a large unit. Ensure when screwing them down that they are not overly tight, you need to make sure the plastic doesn't bend otherwise the touch sensor won't pick your finger up as well as it should. Use dimmable bulbs! This stops the flickering. The best thing by all means is to use a neutral if you can but the little yellow box does work with dimmable bulbs. Make sure your router is set to 2.4g, you can change it back after to both 5g and 2.4g but when pairing it must be set to 2.4 only I use alexa for mine alot and they take less than a second to turn off, I've also paired 2 together to use upstairs/downstairs and this also works well. I dare say that 80% of the bad feedback on these is them being installed incorrectly. The only other thing to note is wet fingers - a scream from upstairs alerted me to this... if your hands are really wet and you end up getting the glass wet you will end up with a disco, the light will switch on and off continuously until its dry - this had only happened once though!

I got this to review on the Vine program and honestly I thought it was so good I bought another which, is testament to how good this is. Really. First off the design is sleek and modern so will fit in with most new houses. Of course, design is in the eye of the beholder but I think this is quite good to look at. However, non of that would matter if this was rubbish - which it most certainly isn't. And that's because not only does it work seamlessly with Alexa and of course it's own app, it offers a couple of benefits over some other smart home switches. It has it's own integrated on/off touch button so you can use this as a normal switch - which in my case is ideal as I use one each side of the bed for lighting and as the peeps start to close, I don't really want to have to faff around with an app. Next and most importantly it works with the modern way house lighting is wired with a neutral return as well as the old fashioned way by simply installing a provided capacitor as I did on my work bench to test it all out before fitting. Something I prefer to do with smart home devices to save me the aggro of working out the wrinkles before doing the job. You will need a deep back box to fit this as there is quite a large amount of controls behind the facia plate so if you have an older house where the wiring was fitted with shallow back boxes then you will need to factor in some replacements there. The app works brilliantly and the integration with Alexa is perfect from the off. Really, nothing to dislike.

stavo cercando un prodotto che entrasse nel foro della foto e che (apparentemente) non avesse il neutro. Dopo aver scritto ad una dozzina di negozi, questo mi ha risposto dandomi la soluzione per me: un interruttore wifi da integrare con smart life ed alexa, senza N perchè porta nella scatola un condensatore che permette quel tipo di installazione. Poi in realtà mi sono reso conto che l'N era dentro la scatola, per cui l'ho recuperato facilmente con un rubacorrente comperato sempre su Amazon. A quel punto l'installazione è stata abbastanza semplice, anche se al primo giro non si accendeva, ho dovuto staccare L un paio di volte e poi ha iniziato a blinkare per registrarsi sulla wifi a 2.4 di casa. Segnalo che dentro la scatola ci sono le istruzioni, l'interruttore, il condensatore, le due viti per fissarlo ma non eventuali tasselli per inserimento a muro. Altra cosa, estetica, è che la placca di vetro non ha un sopra o sotto, per cui non serve stare attenti al posizionamento da quel punto di vista: però attenzione che se fate come me che al primo giro il pulsante di destra accendeva il lampadario a sinistra e viceversa, non è per nulla comodo! Detto ciò, grazie per la consulenza, la prima l'ho montata da sola e funziona benissimo.
