This item is completely defective. I'm not sure if it ever worked because I never got a chance to use it. I bought it because I'm an ethernet cable port short on my router and have two work computers that I want connected at the same time. I just hooked everything up and was going to try it out on my next scheduled shift. But then the next day my gaming computer which is also connected to my router showed no internet connection. I could see the port flashing orange where I hooked up this Ethernet Splitter which meant there was a communicatio/signal problem. I tried rebooting/powercycling everything to no avail and got the same flashing light. When I disconnect the ethernet splitter, everything works fine. When I reconnected, none of my devices on completely seperate ports get any internet connection. This thing must be causing some MAJOR interference to effect the other 3 ports on the router. And it's puzzling because those lights are solid white like they should be and not orange like the one the splitter is connected to not getting any signal. This item is cheap, obviously not reliable and certainly not worth ruining my $300 Netgear Nighthawk Gaming Router. So I returned it and would not recommend this item. Not worth frying anything you connect it to that's worth more than $10. I'll just go back to manually getting under the desk and switching out the ethernet cables..... which sucks for me honestly.

Used this to split an Ethernet port for my desktop computer and a device to control my pool functions Pool device worked but computer went offline No joy Device is worthless I’ll probably need a switch or router

Doing work the first time. Got a replacement. That didn't work either. Don't waste your money. I let them keep their 10 bucks because it's not worth the effort and maybe they can use it to make a better product.

I bought this it didn’t work at all. They sent a replacement that only works with one Ethernet not two which defeats the purpose of the splitter
