Does it work with Canon 60D and 70D?

I don't own a 60D or a 70D I have a t3i and it works great on that. My dad has the Canon 7D and he has the same timer shutter and it works fine for him. So I am guessing it would work

Does it work with the Canon EOS 550D, and does it make time lapse pictures?

I speak Spanish but respond with google translator, so there may be words that are not in complete harmony.
