Box was damaged and missing many parts
The top 1/4 of the box had severe damage and clear tape was used to cover up the damage. Upon opening, all the hardware was missing as in;x4 Chicago bolts, Masonry wall bolts and hex keys and the X1 right inner arm.The positive; the product itself is quality, innovative and would have be very useful.Returning the entire box

Great design
Didn't want a whirly laundry line. So this one is perfect tucked away at the side of my house. I had one of these in NZ so I was so pleased to find it online. Make sure its put in at the right height to be able to lift it higher to put it down.

So convenient.
I just love this washing line. Being elderly I am too unsteady to go out to my big washing line. I got this mini frame and had it put up on my patio, I now feel more secure. Fully recommend. Very sturdy,but then Hills always make good quality products.
