Nice Car Charger for my MacBook Pro 15 Retina!
I bought this Batpower car charger for my Macbook Pro 15 Retina, it's came 2 cables (magsafe and magsafe 2) for charging for the newer and older Macs, I think this car charger actually charges my MBP faster than the standard adapter.I like the small size, also their is a LED light on the car charger helps to identify charging status, and the dual USB ports charges multiple devices quickly.Overall, it works as advertised 5/5 stars.

Absolutely fine as a replacement power supply for Macbook Pro and Macbook Air.
Absolutely fine as a replacement power supply for Macbook Pro and Macbook Air.Fantastic replacement for the terrible(and more expensive) Apple offercial Macs charger.Batpower charger has the USB port in the chsrging block for multiple device chsrging, both cables( Magsafe and Magsafe 2) are detachable from the block which is very handly for transportation and eliminates the issue of stress on the cable which plagued the official apple charger. This is a realky ultra slim charger, I put a quarter and card in the picture to help the sizes scale.I am very impressed with this slim charger.

just like a wall charger
The diminutive BatPower CPD 110W PD USB-C Car Charger for MacBook Pro plugs into the cigarrette lighter socket standard in vehicles to directly charge any MacBook or MacBook Pro with USB-C ports (2016 and 2017 and later models). There is also a version with cables for the 2015/2014/2013 MacBook Pro and earlier ones as well; both cables are included, the BatPower CCA 110W Laptop Car Charger for Macbook Pro, MacBook Air and MacBook (2006-2015 Mac laptops). The only difference between the two models seems to be the supplied cables, because the high power socket on the charger can accept all three cables interchangeably: a USB-C charger cable, 2012-2016 MagSafe Charger cable, or a 2011 and earlier MagSafe Cable. Thus one could buy the USB-C version and then add the BatPower 5M2 Charging Cable for 2012 to 2015 Retina MBP MBA and MB to be able to charge a 2012-2015 MacBook Pro.The design is well considered: one port on the BatPower charger, takes any of the three kinds of cables, thus making it a quite versatile charger should one have both USB-C and MagSafe Apple laptops—well done!MacPerformanceGuide (MPG) tested the BatPower charger in two vehicles. In both case, the the charging performance was impressive, with rapid gains in battery charge, just like a wall charger. For example, a 2017 MacBook Pro went from 42% to 55% charge in just 15 minutes, showing that the power draw was likely close to the rated 90 watts. The BatPower charger did become hot, but not overly so and it does not make any noise or otherwise show any issues. Indeed enough current was flowing (90 watts is about 7 amps) tht the end pin on the BatPower as well as the socket of the outlet were quite hot (not burning hot, but hot). That is what happens when high amperage goes through a wire—expected behavior. In addition to the 90 watt laptop charging port, USB devices like the iPhone charge very quickly on the two high power USB-A ports. Thus one can charge two iPhones and a laptop all from one handy little device.MPG needs more time in the field to use the BatPower charger, but so far it looks to be an outstanding choice for charging laptops and phones in the car.

REVISED REVIEW: DIDN'T LAST 5 MONTHS
***UPDATE***: I bought this July 2018, and it died today, Dec 17, 2018. The features of this are nice but for $50, I expect it to last at least a year so I've dropped it from 4 stars to 1 star.Original Review:Apple continually fails to offer chargers for Macbooks. I had gone through 3 of them before I was fed up paying the extortion for an Apple branded charger. This one works great at a reasonable price. I love the box that offers 2 USB ports so i can charge my phone and tablet at the same time using only one wall outlet. The box does get warm but not alarmingly hot. It does not cause my Macbook Pro to get hot when charging so I'm pleased with this product and may purchase a 2nd as a back up

I was super skeptical about how well this could possibly work given some bad past experiences with small form-factor car chargers like this. A 110W AC charger is a heck of a "brick," even with the latest and greatest in charger tech these days. But I have to admit it's working really well so far. It's a nice touch that they include cords for both the latest and old-style Magsafe connectors. Great deal for the money.

Just as Advertised!
Just as Advertised! This has been a great replacement. Cheaper than lot of competitors. So far, works fine with my MacBook Pro 15 Retina 2012 and iPhone 6s plus.

Didn't work for me, but great customer service.
Did not work. They sent me another one but it still did not work. Got way too hot- smelled like an iron was on and I had to use an oven mitt to pull it out of the socket. It wouldn't charge my computer if I used an extension chord, it would blink instead, even though the extension chord worked with everything else.3 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was great. They communicated fast and even over the phone. Returning was easy, so you can take a chance and see if it works for you.

unreliable but still worth purchasing.
Bough half a year ago. Mine says "Lizone" instead of "BatPower" on it. Overall, I'm happy I purchased it, but it's not perfect: sometimes it just stops for no good reason. But it does work most of the time, and is most convenient when I use my car as a phone booth! Update after 10 months: it's developing a problem - the cord is fraying and I'm careful not to put stress on it. But it's been a lifesaver for me, so I would still recommend it.
