I bought this as a last ditch effort to get my 6 mos old Aussie to stop eating poop. I'm NOT a fan of shock collars but my sister had one of these collars to help her spazzy Springer Spaniel stop jumping up on people so I thought I'd give it a shot. I liked the price and the fact it had 3 settings- beep, vibrate and shock. It's a plus you can control the intensity of the vibration and the shock, too. I was amazed at the results ( and I was really skeptical). I only had to use the beep or vibrate (on low, too!) and in a few days, it was clear my doggo got the message. If he approached poo I would say "Leave it!". If he didn't listen, I'd give him a beep. If THAT didn't work, I'd give him a vibrate on a low to mid-range setting. He'd startle and trot away from the poop! I'm so so happy I bought this. Our whole family is much more affectionate with my pup now that he's NOT munching on nastiness daily. It also worked beautifully to deter counter surfing. Lots of people don't really like the idea of putting this type of collar on their dog, but the benefits really do outweigh the negatives if this is done correctly with appropriate training cues. I know my dog's quality of life is going to be a lot better thanks to this. Occasionally now I forget to put the collar back on him when it's charging, because 80% of the time without the collar he's doing what we want (staying off the counter, away from the crap!) The remote is easy to use with distinct buttons and an intensity dial. I added a key ring /caribiner onto the little hole at the bottom of the remote, so I can just clip the remote to my beltloop or tank top strap and go handsfree in the yard with my dog. Red/Green lights on the collar and remote indicated if battery is charged or drained. I just charge it overnight and the unit lasts a few days at a time.

This is the best shock collar I've used. I have purchased several. This works great for hard headed, aggressive dogs, like my pit bull Tiger. The design is simple and outstanding. The options for shock, vibration and the bell are so easy to access when the dog is pulling, being aggressive or not listening while walking. All the press buttons and nice and large. The buttons are as large as the pad of the fingertips. The shock button is especially large and set a little off center and away from the vibrate and bell button. The intensity control is right on top and easy to turn up or down with one finger. The prongs in the collar are larger than average. The intensity of the vibrate and shock can be strong. Several times I have shocked my dog when I intended to vibrate when using shock collars with several buttons to press and modes to access. This is very good for a person that feels nervous when walking an aggressive dog that hasn't been trained yet. The buttons are literally at the fingertips when you need them. It's waterproof and easily fits even the largest of necks. It charges very quickly and lets you clearly know when it is fully charged. The manufacturer has already programmed this shock collar. All that is needed is to charge the remote and collar, (both can be done at the same time), and it's ready to go. I highly recommend

Included leather collar was of inferior quality. Felt plastic and cheap,, but I wasn't too bothered. I ordered some buckle collars for quick on/off for when these collars are needed and when they aren't, so that's actually a plus overall. The device itself is very easy to use and works exactly as intended. I assure you, as I tested it on myself at 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 strength to verify the integrity and to make sure I wasn't going to kill my dogs, ha. I can absolutely assure you it delivers a powerful shock at even 20, and if you're dog doesn't respond to 60-100, you haven't attached the collar correctly or your dog is dead. The prongs are rounded and not too bad if you adjust the collar correctly. Again, I bought aftermarket collars and made alternations to allow these collars to fit through the brackets on the side of the collar shockers, and that was a drastic improvement for ease and comfort for my pups. I have two dogs and wanted a collar for each, but I didn't want to have a single remote, since that wouldn't allow me to use both collars simultaneously, so I elected to order two singles. The remotes don't conflict at all and I use the collars now when I'm out to keep my dogs near me, out of my neighbors yards, away from other dogs, to curb aggressive behavior, etc. Great product for price and easy to use.

This is simple easy to use, my dog actually is eager to have it on. It has helped curb his barking and his overreacting. I tell everyone about this collar. I hear the horror stories " Ive spent 300$ on multiple and they are complicated". This is simple straigh forward, you just reinforce what your dog already knows with a beep, buzz or a little zap to get his/ her attention back to you. The charging is quick maybe 4 hrs. One review said it lasted 3 days with one charge, I would agree. I don't have to use it all the time, as in constant correction, it's just good as they are young still to help reinforce the rules. We live between little dogs, my big guys will be quiet for only so long, then they have had enough, it's kinda like your kids just cause someone else is doing it doesn't mean you can. Great product, simple to learn, easy to use and does the job! Our collars have not interfered with others. We bought 2 singles, though you can do 2 dogs on one, I thought it would be easier not to flip back and forth between 1&2. The collars do not interfere with each other either. Great product!
