Dead on Arrival.
Had to return immediately:My product (and box) was broken and damaged when it arrived. Torn leather, crooked screws, bent and crooked backrest and broken plastic. The worst part was the bent backrest made it impossible to be comfortable in.I am 6ft, 270lb, and even if this chair was manufactured and delivered correctly would have probably been too small for me. Aside from that, I think the chair would have had potential if it I were smaller and the chair was made better.Additionally, that customer support email (pictured) is one of the sketchiest things I've ever seen.

Broken Pieces, Terrible Instructions
I have never written a product review before for anything, but I needed to say something here. I ordered this chair thinking it would be a good alternative to buying a $250+ DX racer chair, but also at $180 not a cheap chair that would break after a year. The first time I ordered the chair it came damaged, the plastic around the hinges had broken in the shipping. I sent it back after I noticed it and ordered the same chair. The packaging wasn't nearly as damaged the second time, but when I opened it, noticed immediately that this one too had broken. Now all of this could be the fault of the shipping, but it's been the same parts that are broken each time. The plastic at the connection between the base of the chair and the back has broken both times. I didn't want to send this one back because the damage wasn't as bad, so I decided to build this one and see if I liked it. The build was going well enough, aside from the plastic part being broken limiting me to only one cover on the hinges. Then I got to the armrest. The instructions on the armrest are nonexistent. And with that, I forgot to put the piece in that allows you to adjust the height. After getting it all put together, I noticed the lever to adjust the height of the chair was also broken. I also realized that the top of the chair is lopsided and bent. Now, all that being said, the chair is sturdy, and relatively comfortable. However, I am tall and have broad shoulders, and the shoulder part is not wide enough for me. Overall, the chair is not a good enough product for the money, and I am returning it and spending the extra money.

Not a "big and tall" chair as advertised 4 months old and practically un-usable
Just received my chair and got it all put together.. Lets just say its is very easy to assemble.. took me 15 mins out of the box.. During the assembly of the back portion most of the washers got stuck inside the chair while removing them after about 5 mins of digging around inside the vinyl i recovered most of them and got the back put on.. when doing this i realized that one of the plastic side pieces that come on the bottom of the chair were cracked. no big deal may have happened in shipping since the box was pretty beat up when it arrived. when putting on the cushions all of the elastic material slid out of the buckles which i had to re-do and put a knot in them to keep them from coming out.Now for the comfort of the chair.. the chair is pretty wobbly which kinda sucks but compared to my old chair ill live with it.. This is advertised as a "big and tall chair" which it is but just barely.. anybody close to the weight limit of this chair just simply wont fit in it comfortably. Me being 6'1'' 285 I just barely fit in it. The arm rests seems to sit too far back for my liking it seems like i will only use the front 1/4 of them. In addition the bottom (where your butt sits) is very short.. I wish this seat was a little deeper and it may be worth the money.. I guess for $200 we will see how it goes but more than likely i will be returning it..Update: 11/18/17Ive had this seat for around 4 months and now the gas shock wont keep the seat up.. This is a very low quality chair and i will not purchase another Kinsal Chair... I guess you get what you pay for.Pros:got it in 2 days with PRIMELooks coolCons:see the paragraph above..

Great chair for the money. Do not let the 1 stars fool you.
I received this chair after a replacement for a Ficmax Gaming chair I bought. I loved the Ficmax chair, the Ficmax look great and was constructed well, unfortunately the weld where the piston went is was out of line and cause the chair to rock to the right. After trying to fix it, I decided to send it back and get this chair. With all that being said, I believe the Fixmax is a better chair and shout have taken another chance with them. The Texture to me is better on the Ficmax and the weight is higher than this. Bigger guys should be able to fit in the Ficmax, the kinsal fits me fine, but the other is Bigger. The cushion on the two are almost the same, except I think the fixmax was more comfortable. With all that being said, I will get into the pros and cons of This Kinsal chair.Pros-1- Easy setup, I took my sweet time and had it done in about 45 minutes, again SWEET TIME.2- No damage to the chair when received, the box was good to. There were a few indents here and there from shipping, but they will work themselves out in time.3- All the features work fine and the steel frame feels very solid.4- I have read people saying something about a funny smell, well I have no funny smell on mine, soooo.5- It is comfortable enough (I spend about 8-12 hours a day in it.Cons1 - Wish there was more cushion on the arm rests, this is in no way a deal breaker.2- The rocking on it seems stiff, I am hoping after a few weeks it loosens up.3- Casters seem cheap to me, but that is an easy fix.4- Bolts under the seat do not have anything to block them from going into the seat. I hope this does not cause a problem in the future, If I see it is, I will just fix the problem myself and create something.Final remarks---- I am 6" 2 180 pounds, I gave it 4 stars because of these certain cons, but overall I am very pleased so far.. Now mind you I have only used this for 3 days. I will update when I get a chance. For the money I payed vs a DxRacer I am pleased. I will update in a month or two.
