I was disappointed with this garden tool as it is poorly designed, I have had other makes of this type of fork in the past and the tines of the fork have always been aligned with the shaft, allowing less effort to penetrate the soil, I also find the shaft quite slippery when trying to twist into the soil. I couldn't recommend it at all although it looks nice and is well made.

Bought as an extra Christmas present for my son, who has used the shorter handled fork that I have, it will be very useful to reach the 'hard to reach' places in his garden.On first appearance the handle seems a bit long and the fork a bit smaller than I expected. so probably not very good for a shorter person! would recommend this product to anyone who has back problems or maybe finds it difficult to bend.

Bought for my mother who has trouble bending to weed. I had great trouble finding a replacement for her previous long handled fork and visited several garden centres. This one is longer than her previous model but she is very pleased with it. Enables a good reach. The handle is sturdy and the fork looks as though it will last well. Excellent value.

Perfect not the first one ive bought just the ticket will be buying again. (cut out bending)

This the best purchase I have made in long time. Took some time to find but eventually got there. I can weed and cultivate a much larger area without having to get up and down to move on across the garden. Brilliant x 10
