It was a pretty big pain in the butt to get it in ...
FYI you need to remove the black ring from the old ear pad and insert it into these. It was a pretty big pain in the butt to get it in and I damaged clear plastic on these pads trying to get it in. They seem like a good replacement, a little stiffer than the original pads but functional once you get that black ring inserted.

super hard to install properly
they are not very comfortable compared to original, and the installation is really a huge pain. some reviewers have recommended permanently altering the oem ring that comes with headphones - i tried on one ear and left the ring intact for another. for marginal improvement in installation you have to cut what is actually part of the headphones, not a part of the replaceable earcups. next time i will buy oem. i wouldn't recommend this product unless you just really c an't afford the real deal, or maybe if you are wearing out the oem version too fast. unfortunately, my original earcups only lasted 4 yrs, that's more of a sennheiser problem though.

Firm but good
As other reviewers mentioned its a little tough to get the black ring into the ear piece (took about 10 minutes), after that though you're all set.The foam is a bit more firm than I remember, probably because its not OEM. However you're only paying a 1/4" of the OEM price for these replacements so I can't complain.

Much less expensive than OEM
Sennheiser wanted $70 or so just for replacement ear pads. I bought these for much less. There were some fitment issues but nothing that a few drops of hot glue wouldn't fix. Very satisfied.

These fit Sennheiser PXC450 noise canceling headphones
Not too tough to install. Just make sure you save snap ring from old pads. Seem a bit harder that stock but great for the price. Stock only lasted about 10 cross country trips. Hope I get the same at least from these.

Works fine - read this post!
Hi, I had forgotten how I did this last time. 1) Remove the existing pads by pulling firmly grabbing the outside and a bit of the inside plastic. 2) REMOVE the black plastic RING in the prior set of earphones. 3) I carefully cut my ring at mid- way ( see photo ) to be able to bend it. 4) Insert black ring under outer plastic ring. 5) Complete after you line up the black ring inside the new earphones. I hope you like the photos. Also these Vever units are thick and comfy! 2 Thumbs Up!!

Will not work. Cheap!
The are cheap and will not stay on the headphones. Basically, threw away that money. They were cheap but, you get what you pay for! Avoid and save yourself the frustration!

Although these are not made by the original factory they are high quality looking pads. I have not yet tried them
I like the quality of these pads better than the factory replacements. These are a fraction of the cost and seem very sturdy.
