Description is deceptive but the product works.
The description states the product has a pleasant odor, and can get you from level 1 to 7 in one use, and from 7 to 10 in a second. The odor is extremely unpleasant, and it took me three applications to get from a 4 to a 9.

The media could not be loaded. My hair was almost black and 1 box made it the color I wanted n I have really thick full hair this is a 5 star product I think !

It does lift your hair, but holy cow, it is damaging
The product says what it will do, it does lift. However, even with expensive precautions, I lost a handful of hair and breakage. No, I'm not an idiot who left it on too long or used it too much. My color is beautiful however I will not be using it anymore.
