Handsome, supple and comfortable.
The faux leather fabric on this chair is gorgeous! It looks great in my living room and was super simple to assemble. The seat is wide and not too deep . It is comfortable but firm. It may not be a good choice for someone completely sedentary. Purchased this chair for family member recovering from injury and surgery so the firmness encourages just the right amount of incentive to get up and out periodically

It's on sale for a reason
When the price is less than half the original, you should expect "situations."The chair was left at my front door. It would have been helpful if the driver phoned ahead. I had trouble moving the box because of the large size and weight. Had to get my son to come and move it into my home.Once inside, I tore the box apart and removed everything but the chair base. It was too heavy to move by itself. I found, that by attaching the chair back, I was able to gain sufficient leverage to move it.The rest of the removal from the box was uneventful.Assembly was simple and straightforward.Operational issues:1. Driving the chair back to its fully extended position, caused the drive to fault (stop operating). I was able to "bump" the motor by rapidly tapping the chair back "raise" and "lower" buttons. This happened twice. So, I make it a point to avoid over-driving the chair back.2. While raising the chair using the "up" arrow, I heard a single popping sound and lost all control. Found the power cable connector had worked apart. The wire ties were at fault. I removed them and installed cable guides instead. This is my first two motor power chair, replacing a single motor version. It took a little time to become comfortable using the controls. I like it and am willing to deal with the minor issues I've experienced so far, since I couldn't afford to buy a "regular" two motor chair.Warranty issues: I posted a request for information regarding the warranty and received a toll free phone number. When I called, after waiting a lengthy time, was transferred twice, finally to the person who handles Amazon sales. That person was unavailable, so I left a voice message, stating that I had issues and requested a return call. A week later, and still no return call.As far as I see it, customer support is virtually nil. If there are repair requirements, I'll either deal with a third party technician or else have Amazon intercede.I gave this chair four stars in spite of the above issues because it's a nice, comfortable chair and I'm willing to put up with the inconveniences experienced so far. If anything else comes up, I'll update this post.

Nice chair IF under 5'10"
The chair is attractive and of good quality. It was easy to assemble and "unassemble." My primary objection is that the description did not alert the buyer to the fact that it seems to be designed...positioning of support & padding, width of seat and overall length...for shorter smaller folks. Hubby is 5'10" and his legs and feet were not adequately supported. He could not get comfortable ending up with neck and back pain after less than 48 hrs. Seat was also narrow. I returned it without any hassle.

Looks like real leather!
Looks and feels like real leather. Complements my house without looking clunky or cheap. Very comfortable and my mom loves it. It works great and is silent

Very uncomfortable
This is a very uncomfortable chair. Foot lift does not go high enough, like setting on a brick. I would not buy again & I am returning this item. Don't destroy the box like I did because you will have to buy one to return. I am 5' tall & tend to slide down.

Terrible Seller store123, terrible product, broke after 3 months
I purchased this chair on 6/2/17. the remote function has stopped working and the chair does not lift.I contacted the company seller store 123, and the refused my claim , as it is past 30 days...Seriously! it is barely past 30 days, and the entire point of the chair is to lift my father because he has diabetes and cannot get out of a normal chair. The purchase prices was $600 plus and I feel for that amount of money the chair should work longer than a little over 3 months!!Also I did not seek an entire replacement, just asked how I go about getting a new remote for the chair and all I got was "claim denied past 30 days". response from the seller

I got about what I expected for the price.
The foot rest does not raise high enough. The whole point for having a recliner for me , is to raise my feet above my heart. Because this chair will not raise my feet high enough, my legs and feet are swelling. I had to use a back cushion to make the back tolerable. I also had to get a seat cushion to make it comfortable. I have sat in a lot more comfortable reclyners. The one thing that I do love is that the back and foot rest operate independently. I also like the fact that the chair is high enough that I can get out of the chair without using the lift. The only problem is, because I am only 5'2" tall, my feet come no where near the floor when the chair is in the upright position. Overall, I pretty much got what I expected. My last recliner I had only 8 months before the motor wore out. This chair looks like it is of better quality and should last longer, hopefully. Once I figure out all of the cushions I need to make this chair comfortable, I will be totally happy. Did I mention, I also sleep in it, so it has to be comfortable.

Great value and very comfortable
i bought this for my wife who is mobility challenged but I use it when she's not. I put my legs up and the back down a bit and it is so comfortable. The only down side is that I often fall asleep while watching TV. Since I tend to only watch previously recorded TV so that I can skip commercials falling asleep is not too bad since i can watch it again. What is amazing is that I get up form a nap in this chair and have to aches or pains.
