Does the job like advertised. Just you need to have your finger really dry for it to work, easy way of going round that is to store more than one of your fingerprints. I'm very pleased with the product using it 5 days a week after a month it still holds charge and works fine

This lock does exactly what it says it does however I suggest caution when using it as a swimming pool or steam room or sauna as your fingers Did all a bit wrinkly after coming out of the waer etc You have to dry your hands thoroughly before lock will work

I changed my mobile and tried to open the app on the new phone after down loading.This seems to be impossible because on the new mobile the app will open with the same password I type in on the old mobile.I have tried "Retrieve the password/account" as it says on the app but each time a verification code is sent I get a message that the attempt has failed. Then I have had to wait for ages to get another code but each time I attempt to get another code I get the message that my "user information does no exsist", even though the elinksmart system has sent me a code already.Do not purchase from this company because they are not backing up their products and the lock's fingerprint readers cannot be set without access to your account.

Perfect gym locked padlock, no need to carry a key, battery lasts a long time, good price, opens well with the correct fingerprint

I have purchased two of these locks, last one being Nov 23 both of which have gave up after 6months. Both locks did not unlock (checked battery and it was ok) so we had to cut them off to open the doors. If they didnt give up after such a short period I would recommend otherwise

Well to say I am impressed would be an understatement, I bought these for the gate and shed, they are very easy to set up, just download the app and away you go, register your fingerprint and jobs a good one, the lock is waterproof, very strong and robust, easy to use great value for money, excellent item, so good I’ve just received another two that can be used altogether on the same app, also they have a one year standby and can be used by ten people with admin permission for each lock

The previous version was cheaper and quicker to open and could potentially recognise my fingerprint on the first try - this one takes 3 or 4 tries to open. Use a battery bank to charge in situ.

I bought this for my shed as I suffer with Raynaud's and wanted to be able to open this quickly and also be able to do this in the house when it was raining.Its never failed to openIts not too bigLooks good and is sturdy - would buy one of these again

Lätt att installera och fixa avläsningen - men man måste inse att det inte direkt är något säkerhetslås. Bygeln är ganska klen och det framgår ju av beskrivningen.Om jag vill låsa in värdesaker skulle jag välja kraftigare grejor.Fungerar kanonbra till klädskåpet på jobbet.

Fonctionne parfaitement et lorsqu'il y a un problème avec l'empreinte (blessure par exemple) on peut utiliser l'application gratuite.
