The nettle root capsules arrived in perfect condition deposited through the letterbox. Very effective resealable pouch, which is always a plus, I decant but ideal if you intend to keep them in the pouch. I cannot judge therapeutic effectiveness just yet, but as I use a deep infusion of the root for many years I know the benefits, but these capsules are a very convenient way to take nettle root. You may notice less urgency to urinate and stay asleep longer without being disturbed, which is one of the first benefits that you may experience. I love the fact that they are a very clean option without all the unnecessary bulking agents, but the most impressive thing is the taste, very fresh and organic tasting. I have had some where you can taste the capsule and they taste plasticky, not the nicest in my opinion. I have them on subscription and I will edit my review later after I have had time to judge the efficacy. However so far I would recommend, have a subscription so obviously intend to repurchase.

I always like to make sure I am taking supplements for the right reason and having taken these for 4 months and then stopped for a month I can confirm I have started them again, Prostate discomfort reduction and urinary flow are affected more than I realised. These will be a permanent fixture in my supplements. For anybody concerned about the 5000mg 10:1 - all it means is the dose is 500mg per day in line with 250mg -600mg listed in studies effective recommendations.
