Really fits small - but great quality - i'm reordering 2 sizes up. i read the reviews and only went one size up.

Nice shirt, well cut and flattering. Just be warned that it runs about 2 sizes small (I usually wear L or even M in some brands, but the 1X in this brand fits well).

This is a great shirt for busy admins. I wear it right out of the dryer. I have several, and my only complaint is that the buttons come off frequently in the wash. I’ve already had to sew on three, but otherwise, it’s perfect. I picked up a small sewing kit at the dollar store, and I just put them back on while lounging in bed.
