FRIGIDAIRE 5304505004 Washing Machine Door Bellow Boot Gasket

I purchased one of the "Like New" ones at a nice discount. Apparently these Like New ones are previously purchased Amazon returns. Mine didnt have any sign of damage or being installed before and was a perfect fit in our Electolux. Old one was badly mildewed. I do highly recommend having two men to put the inner spring on. I tried to stretch it on myself but ended up needing a second pair of strong hands. It did leak a bit at first from the bottom of the door but stopped after it seated in soon after. Be aware you do need to take the top and front off and I also took off both upper and lower counterweights for more room to get the back spring on. If you are pretty handy you should be fine but it not I don't suggest trying this replacement job.

Bit of a pain to switch out, there are 2 slots around the edge where it can slip over the edge of the washing machine. If you get it in the wrong spot it won't be completely obvious until you get it all the way on. Then you get to pull it back off and wrestle it on a second time!Overall not a horrible process, there is a YouTube video showing the complete process. Of course they make it look like a breeze just using a couple clamps to help install it. I tried that, didn't work for me. About the 10th try was the charm with the wife helping hold it while I was stretching it around the edge and holding your tongue slightly to the left, wiggle your right ear and curl your toes.At least my washing machine isn't leaking on the floor anymore.

High quality. Fixed our Electrolux HE LuxCare washing machine. Pretty straight forward to install. You will need an extra set of hands or some clamps to get the spring clamp on.

Fit perfect just like intended

The washer is junk but found this to replace the gross moldy one. Cheaper than a new washer. Husband got it on and he's handy- but he said it was hard! Decent quality as we use it a lot!

It’s leaking! I spend more than 4 hours to remove and install new rubber gasket for the washer. At the end it’s still leaking!

If yours gets filthy and has that mildewy stank from neglect, change it! Not very difficult to change if you can take something apart and put it back together. These are hard to keep clean on the machine. Clean your old filthy one after removing and keep it for a spare if it's still good.

Worked well with our Electrolux washer. Installation not to crazy but much more difficult than I expected. Alot of good videos on YouTube for installing. Might need a second set of hands to install the inside spring clamp.

Great looking gasket, it was the wrong one for our machine (which was my fault as I ordered the wrong size) but the quality seemed very nice when I took it out of the box and felt more durable then the stock one I was replacing. The return process was very quick and very easy.

As difficult as it is to install these- this fit perfect and didn’t take nearly as much time as I thought. Are sure to check if this exact part is wha you need. I had to exchange one that was too big previously
