Shipping: The shipping and packaging process is a reason for one of five stars being deducted. The product arrived on time, but that doesn't make up for the poor quality packaging. The bag was wrapped in nothing, but plastic and the box it came in. From this, dirt managed to make its way onto the bag and completely ruined that new product experience.Product: First things first, the Heine Diaper Backpack is a knock off of the Doughnut Macaroon Backpack with minor tweaks. Granted, it's about half the price of the original which is appealing. Surprisingly, however, the quality isn't that bad at all. The materials used seem very durable and even the insulated compartment seems like it'll actually work to keep things cool or hot. A drawback of the material is that it's not so easy to clean if you don't know how to clean it. Cleaning off the dirt from the shipping left a noticeable somewhat stain on the material. The bag is a lot smaller than expected and can't hold that much, but it may do well for short trips. The straps are very durable, but extremely short. I'm a 5'4" female and the bag rests awkwardly high on my back even with the straps pulled out to max. The buckles are sadly made of cheap looking metal that scratch easily.Overall, I don't think this bag is worth its price especially with the shipping and packaging experience. Purchase it to form your own opinions, but I don't think I'll be using this bag that much at all.

I absolutely loved it! I bought this backpack for our upcoming trip to disney with our 2 year old baby, i tried it out on a normal daily usage. And everthing fits perfectly, and there's still some free space!The color is exactly as showed in the picture, and so far the quality is the best we've tried so far.Totally worth it!

My boyfriend loves it! He carries not only our daughter’s things but he can use it as a backpack for when he goes to classes. It’s great for dads who want their own diaper bag for baby or for moms who don’t want a bag that’s too big so they can avoid carrying too much. It’s a nice size. It’s not too big and it’s not too small.

This is a very well made backpack. It is made of a nice quality, water resistant material. The interior has a lot of space with different compartments to hold everything you need for a baby. The pocket in front is perfect for a small wallet, cell phone and sunglasses.

I bought this for my trip overseas. It was perfect for a carry on luggage, and an overnight stay at various places I visited. it fit all my stuff as well as my three year old's things like change of clothes, thermos, umbrella, etcetc. I couldn't be happier.
