Worked perfectly ; it was just install new batteries "press" power and the AC turn on . I did not have to even programmed it.

Doesn’t work

I used to fumble around on the couch trying to find the air conditioner remote, because I have the lights out. Now I can see all the controls on it, including the top where it shows your temperature setting, because they glow in the dark. It has quite a variety of modes you can scroll through with one touch of a finger. I just have to make sure I don't absent mindedly cover the remote with anything! I honestly praise this purchase every time I use it!

Not universal

This is not the original equipment replacement for Comfort-Aire. It is a Chinese copy. That said, it does function as it should but be cautioned, AC Temp setting is in Degrees C ONLY, not Deg F as we are used to in the USA. The original Comfort-Aire Unit has a selector switch allowing the user to select EITHER Deg C or F. This does not affect the functioning of the unit but may be inconvenient for the user.

So the remote works just didn't work on mine unit it wouldn't connect it turns on and all signs to show they remote is on . Unfortunate for me.
