Very pleased with this purchase. It was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper on Amazon than buying direct from Astley and you get the ease of using your Amazon account. The sofa itself feels very nice quality, it's not real leather but feels like it will be hard wearing. Assembly was not easy on my own, but I got it done. With two people it would be a breeze. All you have to do is connect some wires and connect the backs of the two chairs. Took me about 45 minutes, but with two people it would have been 15 minutes or less. It's very comfortable, and reclines smoothly. The seat and back support are very well padded, I would say not too soft or not too firm, just right The lights (which I don't use) are bright blue - I might use them if they could be dimmed and color changed. I am impressed with the built in speakers - I wasn't expecting them to be any good but they connect to my phone and stream my music without issue. The volume is pretty loud and has a nice tone. The color of the sofa is described as grey, but it's more of a brown/grey, which is fine as it matches my two reclining chairs that I bought from another online retailer a few years back but I can no longer find the same brand. These color match really well and the design is similar so the go together quite well. Overall I am delighted with the quality and comfort of this reclining sofa/seat. The only issue I had was with the delivery guys. The would only bring it to the door and not 6ft further and drop it inside, so I had to get a neighbor to help me get it inside. They even delivered it upside down. making the job even harder for me.

I purchased this love seat and 2 recliners for my basement home theater. Great build quality, adjustability, comfort and styling. Have a herniated disc in my back and these are very adjustable and comfortably firm. Had them for a few months and would purchase them again. They shipped in very protective boxes but make sure you have strong youthful help. These are HEAVY and large.

Love this Ashley power reclining loveseat. I bought the beige with dark brown faux-leather trim ... BEAUTIFUL!! This piece was easy to assemble and feels like nice quality.

I gave this product a 1 star not because of the couch itself but because of the delivery. It was supposed to be delivered and set up, instead it was only drop shipped. Love the couch though.

I paid Amazon extra to deliver and put in place. The crew was courteous and professional. The guys unpacked the sofa put it place, set it up and plugged it I made sure it worked and hauled off the packing. Good looking sofa with the tan leather like material and brown piping and trim. Seems to be a well built product. The down side for some people is it is firm, after a few weeks of use it did soften up somewhat. Very comfortable. The powered recliner and headrest might be a little over kill but I deserve it.

I want to say I love this loveseat. It was much cheaper than buying directly from Ashley. I will say that the box was not pristine when delivered. It sat in my garage for about two weeks before my handyman came to set it up. I almost thought it was missing pieces and I was fit to be tied, but I made my handyman look underneath and it was tucked in there. So yeah!! All in all I love it and hope to get more pieces in the future.

My family and I love these recliners. They are easy to clean, don’t show dirt and easy to clean underneath it as it opens up. Everyone in our house has felt so relaxed in these recliners that we all have taken multiple naps. My wife loves it so much she always asks if we can sleep on these through the night. Great for watching games or if you want to get something for a smaller indoor theater.

Power recliner is beautiful. Seats are actually a (DuraPella) Polyester Microfiber fabric (feels like suede) which is exactly what we wanted. Faux leather is not a fitting description. Ashley Furniture store carries this product and we viewed it there. Ashley Furniture claims to manufacture the material covering for the seat and describes it better on their own web site. We had experience with faux leather material and it did not last and began to crack and peel within a year of purchase. By all appearances, this double recliner will hold up much better than we expect. I would like to mention that the delivery of this sofa was exeptional! First of all, it was delivered at least 2 weeks earlier than expected! Second, the delivery men could not have been nicer to us. Kudos to Amazon for using this firm! We expected a Front Porch Delivery but were pleasantly surprised when the men offered to bring it into the house and set it where we wanted. They set it down so we would not have to turn it again once we opened the box. Thank you Amazon and thank you for an uneventful & easy Delivery/Set-up Day.
