Enfría muy bien un cuarto de 3x4, fácil de instalar, no ocupa mucho cuidado, bastante resistente a la interperie y no ocupa mucho mantenimiento

El aire enfría bastante bien, cumple con su función al 100, estamos contentos con la compra, te enfría rápido, y mantiene la casa fresca en caso de apagar y salir de casa, dejas todas las ventanas bajadas y te mantiene el fresco, lo recomiendo! Los espacios grandes lo enfría muy bien. Viene con el kit que se adapta a la ventana bastante bien, luego tiene una pequeña manguera por donde filtra el agua, tienes que tener un cubo detrás(eso sería como pega) y trae un mando a distancia el cual trae su propio kit para que lo guardes, se pega a la pared (en mi caso es opcional pues prefiero tenerlo a mano). De momento lo hemos probado en las ventanas que se abren del todo, si tienes de esas que se abren solo hacía arriba no sé si el kit vale. Sí que hace ruido pero no es un ruido que por los menos a mí me moleste, es más bien un ruido blanco, tengo un bebé y dormimos perfectamente con eso digo todo, pues los bebés cualquier ruido los despierta sobretodo el mio que tiene sueño ligero, así que recomiendo su compra. Una cosa a añadir el tuvo de escape no es muy largo igual mide de metro y medio a 2m.

Good little window unit. Bought it for my bedroom to keep it nice and cold when sleeping at night without having to freeze the whole house out. Would buy again

So I live in Texas and the heat and humidity here sucks in the summer months. I’ve tried an LG window unit 12,000 BTU and another type of unit that the manufacturer name escapes me but so far this unit is probably the best one I’ve ever bought. My favorite things about this one is that the inside electrics is housed in a sturdy styrofoam casing which helps keep the inside clean and free from getting gummed up by the outside elements. Trust me-that’s a huge perk. My second favorite thing is how well it cools. Honest to god this thing is a LIFESAVER. The filter is easy to clean and you have direct access to the fins in the front for easy access to clean. My LG unit, was super heavy, you had to remove the screws, pry the front faceplate off, disconnect the electrical and slide it out of the metal casing JUST TO CLEAN. Did I mention it’s 75 lbs and you have to take it out if the window to do all if that? It was a royal pain in the ass. So when I say that not only does this unit work extremely well and efficient but it is also easy to clean-please trust me! You’re gonna appreciate that. Some people have commented on the noise-it’s honestly not bad and frankly I’d rather be cool and comfortable in the 100 degree heat and high humidity, than worry much about the noise. I sleep just fine so I don’t know, I guess it’s all about preference or priorities.
