This tool is well-made and seems very sturdy. It is heavy and metal, not cheap plastic like one I previously purchased. The bright colors should make it easier to find in an emergency. I ordered several for friends and family. While I hope we never need to use them, I feel safer knowing we have a sturdy tool in our cars.

Hope no one has to use it but I needed something to have a peace of mind. Comes with a cloth bag to store; fits in the hand; grips well and is comfortable to hold; easy to use follow instructions how to use if ever in an emergency situation; well priced for the pack of 2.

I just received this the other day, and I'm impressed. This has a heavy duty feel to it. The pointed end feels very sharp to the touch, and I feel better now that I have it. Honestly, I hope I never have to use it. If possible, I would recommend putting it in your center console between the driver and passenger seats. My door storage is not very deep and I'm afraid it would fall out, and IMHO, the glove compartment is too far away, especially if your seatbelt is locked. I would also recommend watching YouTube videos on how to escape from a car should you go into the water.

These OUDEW Car Safety Hammers (2 pack) are made very well. Small enough to do the job, but tough enough to get the job done. Like these very much. Put them in the two cars we drive the most, in the drivers door pocket, fit perfect. Hope to never have to use them!

You are NOT going to break your auto glass with your keys, or kicking it, or even a normal hammer. IF you want to avoid the possibility of being trapped in your car with your seat belt, or you need to escape your car and break the window: during a car fire, a baby or animal is left inside, etc.....this is what you need. You put it in your glove compartment or middle counsel (which I prefer as easy access), and you forget about it. This item WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE. IF You have animals or children, this is a must have. Even for your own life, get this. Very quality. Feels solid. Well built.
