These are available at face value on the USPS website October 2021 for $11.60 for 20 Forevers at current cost of 58c each

How much postage are these stamps for? Are they 32 cent stamps?

Hi, They are Forever stamps, current 1st class rate up to 1 oz letter valued at 0.55 cents each. Happy Holidays Van_Pelt

Why are there 8, .32 cent stamps and 1 24 cent stamp on the outside of the envelope? Half of them don’t have a postmark. Can I reuse these?

If it is a letter sent through a post office. None of the stamps on it can be reused.

Why can't Christian Christmas stamps be printed?
