Cute but make noise
These are great for the light and how cute they are but they make noise! I used the dinosaur one and it roars the whole time the light is on 🤦🏼♀️ not the best thing when it's in the middle of the night and I'm trying to check on patients and NOT wake them up 😂 not very loud but it doesn't stop and I can't figure out how to disable the noise.

Fun, inexpensive, easy to sanitize by rubbing a bit of hand sanitizer on them
Not just for nurses. It is a great help in doing a neurological exam on a toddler to have they look at and reach for something that is more interesting than a penlight or otoscope. I bought a package of these and gave them to my residents (in fact, several packages).

Super cute
Great for gifts, stocking stuffers, etc… I have them in our keys and my kids have them in their bags. They are super cute and all around good quality.

Loud but easy to deactivate
My boss told me that the growling sloth is my spirit animal! I did find it easy to deactivate, by stabbing a blunt tip needle into the speaker hole. 😄 They *are* pretty bright.

WEIRD LOUD NOISES
the key chains themselves are light weight and cute but there’s no description that they make noises so when they arrived I was very disappointed to find out because I’m a night shift nurse and these noises are definitely going to wake up my patients. Also the light flickers with the noise which is kinda annoying. Very disappointed, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to any floor nurse even if you work days your patient could be sleeping and these noises are definitely loud enough to wake someone up and they’re very strange low quality imitations of animal noises they’re not even good noises
