I like the fact that it is adjustable but if you go to the highest setting it feels flimsy

Since I work from home 2-3 days a week, I needed a new home office desk. I wanted an adjustable height desk because that is what I have at my office in Manhattan.I am extremely satisfied with this desk. This desk is built pretty well and tall enough for a 5'11'' person like mw who want to work in standing position from time to time. The price is also very competitive compared to other similar products. I was hesitant at first since this is a new product but it definately surprised me. Here are some great things about this desk.- I use 2 laptops and still have plenty of space for other stuff.- The motor works really well. I change from standing to sitting every 15 minutes or so. The desk is moving up and down very frequently and it still works perfectly.- Assembly was pretty quick. The instruction is pretty self explanatory, and it is not complicated. Takes me less than 20 mins to put it together.-The memory setting makes my life a lot better. I don't have to remember the height every time I want to change. Just need to click 2 bottomsOnly thing is that I would prefer a one-piece desktop, but it's not a big deal.Overall I am very happy with the purchase. This desk has dramatically improved my computer intensive workstyle. And I plan to update my kids' desks with this one since they are using computers a lot more than before.

Good desk for the money. It wobbles a bit at the the higher heights but still a good desk

Had an error due to.. unplugging the desk and now it believes it’s lowest height while it is the highest actual setting, guide asks me to reset to factory setting except the desk isn’t returning to base height and no other comments about how to fix it except calling their over the phone services. Also n you there aren’t any websites discussing kowo desks at all so no help from the internet.

The customer serive is top notch! When I finished assembly this desk, it kept showing "RES" and beaping non stop when I try to interact with it.I called the customer service immediately and he solved the problem for me right the way. James was very patient and walked me through the reset process step by step over the phone. He also showed me a video instruction on youtube.Comparing to the other experience I had, I would definitely buy from them again.

Due to Covid, I needed a new office desk at home. I decided to try this adjustable height desk and I can say that I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The desk is built well and is tall enough for a 5'11" person. It's a good price for this kind of desk too. At first, I was little wary to buy but so far it's turned out great. Here are some examples about what I enjoyed about this desk: you can have 2 monitors and still have room for more, moves up and down smoothly, easy to use and overall a great investment.

The desk is not sturdy. It has to be unplugged and plugged back in if lowered all the way, otherwise it will not go back up. The color is nice. I do not recommend buying this desk.
