Orient Multi Year Calendar Men's Automatic Manual Winding Mechanical Casual Wrist Watch

This Orient automatic watch features a multi-year calendar function. The stainless-steel build and feel is what you would expect of Orient's quality and its blue dial looks very elegant (and so does the green version). Its 22-jewel F6D22 Japanese movement tics at 21,600 vibrations per hour (6 beats per second) and, after 2 weeks, mine is only 1-minute fast. Power reserve is about 40 hours. It did not come with the original manufacturer warranty card or with any instruction booklet, probably because it's not an Orient direct-sale product. The dial is big (to accommodate the multi-calendar) and easily readable. One disadvantage is the lack of luminous hands at night. Also, the crown is simple pull-push (not screw-down) so it is NOT a diver's watch. Water resistance is rated at 5 bar (about 50 meters only). Bracelet construction is excellent, with very smooth and well-machined push-pins to resize the bracelet, so it was easy to resize it at home.

Looks great as expected

Excellent product. I have bought twice, one for me self and one as gift to my friend in following weeks. Highly, Highly recommended. It's the only kind in the market. No next.

Looks like a much more expensive watch! Orient quality. My only complaint is the band is super cheap looking, but bands aren't that expensive to change. Wears nicely on the wrist. If you're over 45 you probably can't read the calendar without readers or bifocals.

I just received the watch and it looks great. I set it up without any issues. Some details that diminished my experience upon receiving it: - The box is protected only by a partial cover, so naturally, it received dents during shipping. - The box it arrived in is different from the one advertised; it's much simpler and has stickers applied directly. - The manual is a general one for various Orient movements, not for this watch, unlike the original manual you can download from the website. - Despite knowing that these watches are now assembled in Thailand, I was surprised to find NO reference to Japan (JAPAN MOVEMENT, for example).
