Terrible product
This was a terrible purchase it quit working within the first month and I followed every instruction to the T And it still quit working won’t even light anymore there is so many better smokers on the market for $100 I am very disappointed and very unsatisfied with the product you guys manufacture it is way too much money to have break within the first month also after the first three hits the thing would be so hot it would burn your hand like you guys made a terrible product and rush to put it on the market and you should seriously reconsider the design and price

Definitely not worth the money
I bought this for my boyfriend for a Birthday gift you have to fill it with butane like 5x a day and there is no butane level window in it so you don’t know if it’s full or not also it shuts off on you for no reason while your taking a dab. Honestly would not recommend to anyone to buy this product.

I just received this today. The wax tool was missing. Then I put the glass piece in to try it out and it separated. No I didn’t drop it or anything.
