Taken 1 pill twice daily cuts my appetite in half.

Waste of money!!
Did everything with these at the battle states to do. I was on a low-carb diet so I figured that these would get me off of my plateau that I was having. But unfortunately these did not work. I took them and they were almost like a sugar pill I felt more tired than I did anything else.

In then beginning I saw my weight stabilize, the , very slowly, it dipped to a weight I haven't seen for a while. I was able to eat a bit more and still loose weight and then something happened! I stopped loosing and started gaining again. I've been taking this for several months. My verdict is still out on its effectiveness.
