Can i use this to become a pro bodybuilder?

It takes more than creatine to be a pro bodybuilder but it helps. They are all on steroids at that level of muscular development. Every single one.

The spoon seems very small, is it 5 g. or should I use it twice or more?

I weighed it out using a food scale, and it comes out to about 3 grams per scoop. If you want 5 grams, u can use one big scoop, or I just replaced the scooper with an old scooper I had which weighed out to 5 grams per scoop.

Does micronized mean it will absorb better?
