Great watch!
Having worn an analog watch (Timex Expedition chronograph) for the better part of a decade, this watch actually feels a lot lighter than I'm used to. Despite being a gadget guy, I wanted a simple watch that tells me the time. I prefer to wear one watch all the time, versatile enough to wear in business attire during the week and camping on the weekends. This is fitting the bill.

The spam is too big and can be very uncomfortable when you bend your hand back
The watch is very easy to read large and fairly heavy Solar Powered and Kept Excellent Time. The downside is that stem gouge the back of your hand constantly, it's not a watch that you wear every day.

No good.
Looks cheap and basic.

Good watch but...
I've had the watch for a couple months now and it functions fine. Once it was charged up its run with no problems. The one issue I have had is that the lug to set to low on the case. It sometimes digs into the top of my hand, that isn't really the problem though. The problem is that sometimes the lug pulls out and the time either is stopped or ends up getting changed. It happened three times just today. I'm not sure why so many times today but in total it has happened about six times since I have had it. I like the watch and I am confident it will last a long time but I think it could be improved.

Made the right choice!
I was given an Armitron watch by my daughter for father's day over 10 years ago. It gave flawless service. When the battery finally died this time, I thought it was time to go searching for a new watch. I agonized over selecting the next watch because there are so many choices and features now. I decided on the Armitron as my everyday watch and I am sure glad I did! It looks sharp and is solar powered so no more periodically changing of batteries. My old Armitron weighed in at 4 ounces and the new one at 4.8. It seems heavy at first, but, guys, let me tell you. You won't even notice. Actually, you will come to appreciate the feel of this watch. It looks great, feels good on your wrist, and the numbers are large and easy to read. It has quality written all over it. You will wear this watch with pride!

Good with drawbacks.
Pros; great size.good feel.always liked color.so far, keeps good time.Cons; luminescence not so hot. Seconds hand mostly indistinguishable. Pins on watch band very small and difficult to remove.think trip to jeweler for sizing.

Disappointing purchase.
First, when I opened the box one of the hinge pins was missing and the watch band was hanging loose. Cost me $10 to have new pin istalled at watch shop as I was flying out the next morning and wanted to wear the watch. The watch runs down much faster than I expected. Must keep it in bright light every day to keep it running. OK when I am in Southern California wearing short sleeves but harder to do up hear in Northern Michigan in winter in long sleeves, sweaters and jackets so I'm constantly resetting the watch.

Better construction than expected. Great value thus far.
The watch was a little bit bigger than I thought it would be, and thusly, heavier. BUT...these factors work in its favor. You will not forget that you have it on, and at the same time, it is quite comfortable. At least for me. I'm greatly relieved to find that the entire watch is metal, not plastic. It promises to be rugged. The time is super easy to read, though I do wish the date display was just a bit larger. However, I understand why it cannot be larger. The hour hand would cover the date during the hours of 3. I have not rated the watch on its waterproofing because I have no plans on taking it swimming. :D Also, I'd hate to find out what I'd have to do to fix it if it turned out not to be. :D Great watch at a good price.
