I have high arches and and bad Biomechanics & the insoles that come with most shoes don’t support well enough to prevent excessive pronation. These are just right if I put them under the arch of the factory insoles. I’ve been usinig them as peel and stick, so I didn’t rate for adhesion. Will duct tape them in place once I gat the position right. Pardon the dog hair on the top view— when our Jack Russel sheds, you can’t remove it!

These help with my collapsed arch support. I went to a Podiatrist and he put arch pads on my feet, I didn't know these even existed! After my search online, I found these and I'm very happy with them. Easy to use - pull off the release paper and stick them to the bottom of your foot. They are pretty sticky for a couple of uses.I have spent a lot of money on custom orthotics, orthotics from the store, shoes with built-in arches end up that hurting my feet, etc. These arch pads were the simple solution to help with my collapsed arch.

These things are great. I thought at first that the felt pads would not give me the arch support I would need, but they work great. They are easy to install in my shoes and I can adjust them. Much easier to use than some of the complicated products I have tried - cut and glue.I would recommend them.

I require high, strong support and these didn't help.However, my daughter will enjoy them since she is flat footed and doesn't like harsh arch support.3 Stars from Me; 5 Stars from Her = averaged to 4 Stars.

These are not suited for average or small feet

These arch support inserts are great .... just like the ones the foot doctor put in my shoes last year . Great for arch relieve helps a lotLove them just what I was looking for and at a great price!!

Thin and useless

I use them in my athletic shoes for dance and cycling classes everyday...and I sweat a lot!
