Good product bad cable
I do love this product but there was one flaw the cable that came with it was a dud so I had to buy a new cable for it to work.

Dead On Arrival, replacement DOA, 2nd replacement worked.
The media could not be loaded. Original product was DOA, unsolicited replacement DOA too. I sent both back for a refund which I received, but also received yet another replacement shortly after which DOES infact work and quite well.Although I now have a working product I feel no obligation to repay for the product since I didn't ask for the replacements which is a great initiative on the seller's behalf but it feels like they're really pushing the product on me, and returning the product is pretty inconvenient due to Amazon not working with Amazon Counters so they stop providing the service (I had to go through 5 locations just to return my product).Overall I actually would recommend the product providing that it is working. It is actually a good product but the seller needs to work on consistency and quality assurance to make sure that ALL products being shipped are functional (a 1/3 success rate is not a good sign). Customer service is very proactive and they're more than willing to send (unsolicited) replacements which is good, but also comes across as a little desperate for customers not to refund. As I said its a great product but until the seller works on quality assurance, you are taking a gamble on the purchase.

Great device but!!
Lovely device, does what you expect it to do, but we have an indoor antenna and it kills the TV Signal when the mister is on !! :)

Doesn’t always work
Sometime it works fine and others it don’t do anything that’s really annoying i have tryed cleaning changing the oil adding less water

Very good product, doesn’t change colour
Very good product, looks lovely in the room. Only problem is the light does not change colour which we though it would. Bit disappointed as it shows in the pictures the different colours you can have
