I've really enjoyed using this, I grew up in france and missed raclette now I've moved back to the UK. You can buy the cheese from Tesco and Booths and use whatever meats and potatoes you like! It's a great interactive dinner plus this machine is so easy to clean. I wishnit could have been smaller because it takes up so much space and it's HEAVY but you don't get the granite top on the smaller ones and you really need it. Totally worth the money.

This was a present and is a very good and stylish acquisition and at a good price. Use it a lot and is very easy to use. Keeps everything hot and cleans well.

All good and easy to use. The only down side is that the power lead is too short at 70cm. Since it sits on the table an extension lead is required yet the Safety Instructions say "Use of an extension cord with the appliance is not recommended". The appliance gives off a lot of heat.

Arrived promptly, well packaged and appears to be just what we wanted. Not used yet but cleaned and ready.

Great product, heats well, easy to clean!

I had a similar machine when I lived abroad with the stone on top it was a lot better and got a lot hotter this was a bit of a let down. Wish I had never bought it really.
